Կառավարությունը հունվարի 27-ին որոշում  է ընդունել փոփոխություն կատարել 2014 թվականի ապրիլի 23-ի N 460-Ն որոշման մեջ, որի համաձայն նախկին ԽՍՀՄ խնայբանկի ՀԽՍՀ հանրապետական բանկում մինչև 1993 թվականի հունիսի 10-ը ներդրված դրամական ավանդների դիմաց փոխհատուցում ստանալու իրավունք ունեն նախկին ԽՍՀՄ խնայբանկի ՀԽՍՀ հանրապետական բանկում մինչև 1993 թվականի հունիսի 10-ը ներառյալ խորհրդային ռուբլով դրամական ավանդ ներդրած, 1938 թ․ դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ծնված քաղաքացիները։   Նախկինում ավանդների փոխհատուցման համար կարող էին դիմել մինչև 1936 թ․ դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ծնված քաղաքացիները։ Համաձայն «2006 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 8-րդ հավելվածի 4-րդ կետի փոխհատուցման տրամադրումն իրականացվում է ըստ ստորև բերված սանդղակի.   Ավանդի գումարի չափը (խորհրդային ռուբլով)' տրամադրվող փոխհատուցման գումարը (ՀՀ դրամով) 1000-ից ոչ ավելի՝ ավանդի գումարը X 84 1001-ից մինչև 3000 (ներառյալ)՝ 84000+(ավանդի 1000 խորհրդային ռուբլին գերազանցող գումարը X 29.4) 3001-ից մինչև 5000 (ներառյալ)՝ 142800+(ավանդի 3000 խորհրդային ռուբլին գերազանցող գումարը X 16.8) 5001-ից մինչև 10000 (ներառյալ)՝ 176400+(ավանդի 5000 խորհրդային ռուբլին   գերազանցող գումարը X 8) 10000-ից ավելի՝ 216400+(ավանդի 10000 խորհրդային ռուբլին գերազանցող գումարը X 4)։
