Մի կտոր հաց տամ, բերանդ …

Վերտառության մեջ առկա ժողովրդական իմաստությունը պարզ պատճառով չենք շարունակում: Սակայն, ցավոք, այն արդիական կմնա այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ունենք ա՛յս Հայաստանը՝ ղեկավարվող Սերժ Սարգսյանի կլանի ու այն սպասարկողների կողմից: Այսօրվա հերոսը «ՍԱՍ-ի Արտակ» կոչված հայտնի օլիգարխն է: Նա բազմիցս հայտնվել է աղմկահարույց պատմությունների կենտրոնում ̀ ընտրական կեղծիքների առումով: Hayastan24.com կայքը մի սկանդալային ձայնագրություն հրապարակեց, որը վստահաբար կարելի է որպես ստրկատիրական համակարգերին բնորոշ իրողություն որակել: Իրավական գնահատականը համապատասխան մասնագետները կտան. այն, բացի վարչական ռեսուրսի անհարկի կիրառումից, նաև մարդու իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտում է:

Այս փոքրիկ ակնարկում մեր խնդիրն է եղածը հասարակական տեսանկյունից քննարկելը: Պատմաբանների մի զգալի մաս պնդում է, որ Հայաստանում անգամ հին ժամանակաշրջանում ստրկատիրություն չի եղել: Ես հակառակն եմ պնդում. Հայաստանում հիմա էլ ստրկատիրություն կա: Ու այս ձայնագրությունը դրա վառ ապացույցն է:

Թշվառության ճիրաններում գտնվող մարդիկ, ովքեր ավարտել են միևնույն գաղափարաբանական ու կենցաղային թշվառության մեջ գտնվող կրթական հաստատությունները, այսօր ի վիճակի չեն պահանջատեր լինելու: Չեն կարող ինքնաիրացվել Հայաստանում, առավել ևս, եթե չունեն մասնագիտական որակներ: Անգամ մասնագիտական հմտություններ ունենալու դեպքում դաշտը շատ փոքր է՝ ինչ-որ կերպ այս կամ այն օլիգարխին շրջանցելու և արժանապատիվ աշխատանք գտնելու համար: Եթե այս իշխողները կամ օլիգարխները որևէ բան են հասկանում, ապա դա հե՛նց վերը նշված հանգամանքն է:

Հասարակության թշվառագույն վիճակն օգտագործում են սեփական տգիտությունն առաջ մղելու, անձնական նեղ ամբիցիաները բավարարելու և իրենց «պապաներին» հաճոյանալու համար: Ըստ փիլիսոփա Մարկ Վարրոնի՝ ստրուկը լոկ «խոսող զենք», շնչավոր սեփականություն, բեռնակիր անասուն է (հռոմեական օրենքի լեզվով՝ res, այսինքն՝ իր)։ Ստրուկները սովորաբար օգտագործվում են՝ որպես աշխատուժ գյուղատնտեսության և այլ արտադրությունների մեջ, որպես ծառաներ՝ տիրոջ այլ կարիքներ հոգալու համար։ Ստրուկի իրային էությունը, նախ և առաջ, այն է, որ ստրկական աշխատանքի ողջ արդյունքը դառնում է տիրոջ սեփականությունը: Չնայած՝ ստրուկներին կերակրելու և նրանց մնացած կարիքները հոգալու խնդիրը նույնպես դրված է տիրոջ վրա։ Պատմության կենսափորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ ըստ էության՝ ոչինչ չի փոխվել: Փոփոխության է ենթարկվել ընդամենն արտաքին շղարշը:

19-30 տարեկան այդ երիտասարդ տղաներն ու աղջիկները մեղավոր չեն: Մարդկային կենսապահովման 2 ձևերը սնվելն ու սեփական գոյությունը պահպանելն են: Ինչն էլ նրանց հասցրել է այդ հլու կամակատարների վիճակին: Իհարկե, չենք բացառում նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ ոմանք ինքնակամ են գնում դրան: Սակայն դա քննարկման այլ թեմա է:

Հ. Գ. «Ստրկության համաշխարհային զեկույց 2014»-ի (The Global Slavery Index 2014) համաձայն՝ Հայաստանում 1000 բնակչից 4-ը ստրկության մեջ է: Այս ցուցանիշով Հայաստանը 167 երկրների շարքում 81-րդն է:
