Ինչ մեքենաներով և պետ. համարանիշներով են երթևեկում բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների կանայք. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այո, այսպիսի «ինստիտուտ» կա: Չգիտես ինչու, ինչ տրամաբանությամբ, բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներն ունեն ծառայողական երկու ավտոմեքենա: Մեկը ծառայում է իրեն, իսկ երկրորդը` ընտանիքին: Վերջինս ապահովում է «փափկասուն տիկնանց» կարիքները: Շուկա–վարսավիրանոց–մանիկյուր–պեդիկյուր, ընկերուհիների հավաքներ, երեխաներին դպրոց–ինստիտուտ, թանկարժեք խանութներ` սա ընտանիքին հատկացված ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաների «մարշրուտի» ոչ լրիվ ցանկն է: Որպես կանոն, այս ավտոմեքենաների կատարած վազքն անհամեմատ շատ է շեֆին ծառայող ավտոմեքենաների վազքից:

Ու սովորաբար ավտոմեքենաների պետհամարանիշները գրեթե նույնն են` գլխիվայր շրջված: Օրինակները կբերենք ստորև:

Պատերազմող երկրի համար այս անիմաստ շռայլությունը իրեն թույլ է տալիս նաև Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը: Վազգեն Սարգսյանը կասեր` մի տանկ գնելու համար ես շուն եմ քերթում, դուք պետության հաշվին ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաներ եք գնում ու տալիս ձեր կանանց:

Օրինակ` Զինված ուժերի նախկին գլխավոր շտաբի պետ գեներալ–գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովի ծառայողական ավտոմեքենայի համարն էր ՊՆ 0002 Մ, իսկ ընտանիքին հատկացվածը` ՊՆ 2000 Մ, փոխնախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի ծառայողականը` ՊՆ 0003 Մ, իսկ կնոջն ու ընտանիքին հատկացվածը` ՊՆ 3000 Մ, մյուս փոխնախարար Արա Նազարյանի ծառայողականը` ՊՆ 0005 Մ, ընտանիքի ծառայողականը` ՊՆ 5000 Մ: Հայկազ Բաղմանյանի ծառայողականը ՊՆ 0004 Մ է, իսկ նրա ընտանիքին երևի ծառայողական չեն հատկացրել, քանի որ ինքը մի շարք սեփական ավտոմեքենաներ ունի:
Ծառայողական զույգ ավտոմեքենաներ ունեն նաև աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Գառնիկ Հայրապետյանը (մեկն իր համար, մյուսը` ՊՆ–ում աշխատող իր կնոջ) և մի քանի վարչության պետեր:

Այսպես է նաև մնացած գրեթե բոլոր նախարարություններում:

Ինչի՞ համար է այսքան շռայլությունը: Այդ մեքենաները պետք է առգրավել և ուղարկել զինվորական ստորաբաժանումներ, որտեղ գումարտակի հրամանատարը ավտոմեքենա չունի, վաշտի հրամանատարը` ևս:

Իսկ «փափկասուն» կանայք կարող են յոլա գնալ իրենց ամուսինների ծառայողական մեքենաներով…
