Տարոն Մարգարյանի շքեղ նվերը՝ Լևոն Քոչարյանին

Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը տեղեկություն է հայտնել, որ Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի, վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների աշխատակազմերի աշխատակիցները, քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող թատրոնների եւ թանգարանների աշխատակիցները կստանան բժշկական ապահովագրություն: Ապահովագրությունը կսպասարկվի համայնքային բյուջեի հաշվին:
Երեւանի համայնքային բյուջեի հաշվին ապահովագրական այդ ծառայությունը տրամադրելու է մեկ ընկերություն՝ «Նաիրի ինշուրանսը», որն ըստ տեղեկության հաղթող է ճանաչվել Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի հայտարարած մրցույթում:
Ուշագրավն այն է, որ «Նաիրի ինշուրանս» ապահովագրական ընկերության բաժնետեր եւ խորհրդի անդամ է Հայաստանի երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի որդին՝ Լեւոն Քոչարյանը:

Փաստացի, Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը այդ ընկերության համար իր ապահովագրական ծրագրով ապահովել է մենաշնորհային ծառայություն: Հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչու՞ պետք է ապահովագրական ծառայությունը հատկացներ հենց մեկ ընկերություն, ինչու պետք է ապահովագրություն ստացող մարդը հնարավորություն չունենար օգտվել այլ ընկերությունների ծառայություններից, ինչու էր պետք ընտրել մրցույթով մեկ ընկերություն որոշելու տարբերակը՝ որ ընկերությունն էլ որ լիներ այդ մրցույթի հաղթող:

Ըստ երեւույթին, Երեւանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը մասնագիտանում է տարբեր ընկերություններին մենաշնորհներ տամադրելու գործում: Բանն այն է, որ ամիսներ առաջ էլ նա Երեւանի փողոցային կայանատեղիների կազմակերպման գործի մենաշնորհը տվեց «Փարքինգ Սիթի Սերվիս» ընկերությանը, որը պատկանում է ԴԱՀԿ պետ Միհրան Պողոսյանին, ում քեռին էլ Սերժ Սարգսյանի մանկության ընկերն է:
Այդպիսով, Երեւանում փողոցային կայանատեղիների կամ այսպես ասած կարմիր գծերի մենաշնորհը տրվել է այդ ընկերությանը, որին է բաժին հասնում կայանատեղիների վճարների 70 տոկոսը: Այսինքն, վճարը ձեւակերպվում է այսպես ասած համայնքային տուրք, որի 70 տոկոսը սակայն համայնքից դուրս է գալիս եւ գնում է մասնավոր այդ ընկերությանը:
Թեեւ սա ուղղակի միլիոնատերերի համերաշխության ակտ է, որ ցուցաբերում է Տարոն Մարգարյանը՝ Հայաստանի իշխանության ամենահարուստ մարդկանցից մեկը:
