Ինչու երկու անգամ հաղթեցինք, իսկ երրորդ անգամ նույն թշնամուն պարտվեցինք. Սենոր Հասրաթյանի գրառումը

Ինչպես 1994-ի մայիսի 12-ին, այնպես էլ 2016-ի ապրիլի 5-ին մենք կարողացանք հակառակորդին պարտադրել զինադադար: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է Արցախի ՊԲ նախկին խոսնակ Սենոր Հասրաթյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Սակայն, 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստիպված էինք ինքներս գնալ պարտադրված զինադադարի եւ ստորագրել մի փաստաթղթի տակ, որով կորցրինք ոչ միայն զգալի հայրենական տարածքներ, այլեւ մեր ազգային արժանապատվությունը: Երեք դեպքում էլ մեր դեմ կռվում էին ադրբեջանաթուրքական դաշինքն ու վարձկան գրոհայիններից կազմված տարբեր խմբավորումներ՝ զինված տվյալ ժամանակահատվածի ամենաարդիական զինատեսակներով...

Առաջին երկու դեպքում մենք կարողացանք մեր կամքը պարտադրել թշնամուն, քանի որ ունեինք ռազմական ու քաղաքական իշխանությունների միջեւ ձեւավորված ներդաշնակ եւ ճիշտ փոխհամակործակցված գործողությունների ծրագիր ու, որ ամենակարեւորն է, մեր թիկունքն ապահովված էր ներքին թշնամու հարվածներից:

Բայց, ահա երրորդ դեպքում պարտվեցինք... Պարտվեցինք, քանի որ ոչ միայն մեր աջ ձեռքը չգիտեր ինչ է անում ձախ ձեռքը, այլ նաեւ նրա համար, որ մենք ունեինք երկու թշնամի՝ ներքին եւ արտաքին... Խնդիրն այն է, որ այդ խայտառակ հայտարարության ստորագրումից հետո անգամ, ոչ թե իշխանությունը, այլ Հայրենիքի ապագայով մտահոգ մեր ժողովրդի մտածող հատվածը ստիպված է Երկրի պաշտպանությունը կազմակերպել արդեն ոչ թե երկու, այլ մի քանի ճակատով...

Հ.գ.- Այս ռազմաքաղաքական խառնաշփոթում, բնականաբար, ամենածանր վիճակում բանակն է, քանի որ Սահմանադրությամբ հենց նրան է վերապահված պաշտպանելու Երկրի անվտանգությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը... Սակայն, իր առջեւ ունենալով նման դժվարագույն խնդիր, նա ստիպված է մտածել ու գործել ոչ միայն այդ ուղղությամբ, այլեւ, միաժամանակ, դիմագրավել իշխանությունը զավթած պատահականությունների քմահաճույքներին... Իսկ առանց համաժողովրդական աջակցության դա շատ դժվար կլինի»:
