Ամուլսարը սար է մնալու. հորդորում ենք որոշում կայացնողներին զերծ մնալ նոր արկածախնդրությունների գնալուց.Հայտարարություն

«Դեմ եմ Ամուլսարում հանքարդյունաբերությանը» ֆեյսբուքյան խմբում, որը վարում են Ջերմուկ խոշորացված համայնքի բնակիչները, հրապարակվել է հայտարարություն, որը ներկայացնում ենք ձեր ուշադրությանը։

«Վերջին շրջանում որոշ մարդիկ և պաշտոնատար անձիք կարծիքներ են հայտնում հանրահայտ ջրաբուժական առողջարան և բրենդ համարվող Ջերմուկ քաղաքի հարևանությամբ ոսկու բաց հանքի ծրագրի շինարարության վերսկսման անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Տարբեր անընդունելի հիմնավորումներին ավելացել է ևս մեկը, որ Հայաստանը վերջին պատերազմից հետո տնտեսապես շատ ծանր վիճակում է և նրան գումարներ են պետք ճգնաժամից դուրս գալու համար։

Լավ հասկանալով ու գնահատելով այս ծանր ժամանակաշրջանի էությունը, մենք շարունակում ենք մնալ նույն կարծիքին, որ մեր տարածաշրջանում մետաղական հանքեր չպետք է լինեն, և կարճաժամկետ ծրագրերը չպետք է վերացնեն 7 տասնամյակ ձևավորված, արդեն իսկ կայացած ու հարատև զարգացման հեռանկար ունեցող տնտեսական զարգացման ուղղությունները։

Դա մենք նաև հաստատել ենք 2018թ-ի աշնանը իրականացրած հանրագրի միջոցով, երբ Ջերմուկ խոշորացված համայնքի շուրջ 3 հազար բնակիչներ իրենց ստորագրություններով դեմ արտահայտվեցին մետաղական հանքարդյունահանմանը։

Մենք շարունակում ենք լինել միակամ ու բոլոր հնարավոր եղանակներով թույլ չենք տալու մեր կենսատարածքի և սոցիալ-տնտեսական կայացած համակարգի վերացումը։ Դա թույլ չենք տալու առավել ևս պատերազմից հետո, երբ սահմանն ընդհուպ մոտեցել է Ամուլսարին և Ջերմուկին, որտեղ ըստ ծրագրի պետք կուտակվեն ու կիրառվեն տասնյակ հազարավոր տոննա թունավոր և վտանգավոր քիմիական նյութեր ու պայթուցիկներ։

Հորդորում ենք որոշում կայացնողներին սթափ գնահատել վիճակն ու զերծ մնալ նոր արկածախնդրությունների գնալուց՝ բոլոր ռիսկերն իբր թե կառավարելի լինելու անապացույց թեզը պարբերաբար կրկնելով։ Հիշեցնենք, որ իրենց իսկ պատվիրած միջազգային ուսումնասիրությունն աներկբա ապացուցեց հակառակն, ու Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները շատ լավ հասկացան դա՝ չնայած մածունը սև ներկայացնելու ձեր բոլոր ջանքերի։

Բոլոր այն տնտեսվարողներին, որոնք մտածում են համագործակցել Ամուլսարում ոսկու ծրագիրն իրականացնելու ցանկություն ունեցող ընկերության հետ, բարեկամաբար խնդրում ենք չանել դա և իզուր ավելի չսրել իրավիճակը մեր պետության ներսում։

Ջերմուկցիները, հարակից գյուղերի և Հայաստանի գիտակից քաղաքացիները չեն թողնելու մեր ջրերի սրտում դանդաղ գործողության քիմիական զենքի տեղադրումը, որի վտանգավոր հետևանքները շարունակվելու են հարյուրավոր տարիներ։
