Փակ ցիկլ. Փաշինյանին հեռացնելու ներքաղաքական ինտրիգը

Հասկանալի է, թե ինչու է արմատական ընդդիմությունը դնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի և ընտրությանը մասնակցության բացառման հարց:

 

Գործնականում դա նույնիսկ Փաշինյանին քաղաքականությունից հեռացնելու հարց է, ինչի համար էլ նրա դեմ քննադատության շեշտադրումները ոչ թե քաղաքական են, այլ անձնական: Եթե «Իմ քայլը» որևէ ձևաչափով մասնակցում է նոր ընտրության առանց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ապա այդ ընտրությանը հաջողելու և ընդհանրապես «Իմ քայլի» քաղաքական որևէ հեռանկար հայտնվում է, մեղմ ասած, մշուշոտ վիճակում: Սա, իհարկե, չի վերացնում արմատական ընդդիմության՝ կառավարող նախկին համակարգի հանդեպ հանրային անվստահությունը: Բայց հանրային-քաղաքական մնացյալ դաշտում ստեղծում է վակուում: Իսկ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ նախկին կառավարող համակարգը, խոշոր հաշվով, այսօր միակ ինստիտուցիոնալացված սեգմենտն է՝ մի շարք օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ իրողություններից ելնելով, ապա մնացյալ սեգմենտում ստեղծված վակուումի պայմաններում՝ զուտ տեսակարար կշռի և հարաբերակցության առումով, արմատական ընդդիմությունը ստանում է արդեն առավելություն քաղաքական ուժերի հարաբերակցության համատեքստում: Սա իրականում լոկ քաղաքական օպերատիվ-մարտավարության խնդիր չէ, որ դրսևորվում է ներկայումս: Այստեղ արտացոլվում է Հայաստանի համար հեռանկարային, ռազմավարական նշանակության խնդիր:

Բանն այն է, որ իրերի այդ դրությունը եթե թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո և դեռևս որոշակի ժամանակահատված իր մեջ պարունակում էր ավելի կառուցողականություն, ապա այժմ վերածվում է ապակառուցողական դրության, հատկապես հետպատերազմական շրջանում: Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միակ ուժն է, որը պետք է բալանսավորի քաղաքական դաշտը ակնհայտորեն մեծամասնության աջակցություն չունեցող, մեծ անվստահություն վայելող, բայց նախկին համակարգի հարաբերական, տեսակարար առավելությունից, ապա սա արդեն, ըստ էության, վերածվում է փակ շրջանի: Հանրությունն ունի այդ շրջանը ճեղքելու խնդիր, ինչը կարող է տեղի ունենալ միայն քաղաքական նոր որակի և բովանդակության ի հայտ գալու պարագայում, որը, սակայն, անպայմանորեն պետք է անպայմանորեն ինստիտուցիոնալացվի: Այդ խնդիրը Հայաստանի համար ներկայումս ունի ընդհուպ ազգային անվտանգության նշանակություն, որովհետև առկա հարաբերակցությունը կազմալուծում է Հայաստանի հասարակական-քաղաքական օրգանիզմը, կաթվածահար անում այն: Իսկ երկրների ինքնիշխանությունը սպառնալիքներ է ունենում ոչ միայն արտաքին ագրեսիայի կամ, այսպես ասած, ներքին անկարգությունների, այլ փակ շրջանի մեջ հայտնվող քաղաքական ցիկլերով:
