Ինչո՞ւ են թաքցնում ծառերը կտրող վանդալի անունը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արդեն հաշվարկներ են արվում ո՞վ ընտրվեց, ով` ոչ: Հիմնականում արդեն ընտրվողը գիտի, որ ընտրվել է: Ցնծացողը ցնծում է: Հաղթողն իր շամպայնը խմել է:

Եվ մի մարդ, չգիտենք, թե ո՞վ, հանդգնել է ու քաղաքի մեջ 23 ծառ է կտրել:

Ո՞վ կարող էր լինել նման կտրիճը. ո՞վ իրեն նման բան թույլ կտար: Ո՞վ է իրեն այդքան ուժեղ ու համարձակ զգացել:

Ես իրավունք ունեմ մտածելու, որ նման մարդը անպայման կապ ունի ընտրությունների ու դրանց արդյունքների հետ: Դե, մոտավորապես այս տրամաբանությամբ` հաղթել ենք ու` կարող ենք: Կամ հաղթողին ո՞վ է դատում` մի քիչ փոխելով ու տեղային դարձնելով հայտնի խոսքը:

Ինչո՞ւ եմ այսպես կարծում: Կարծում եմ, որովհետև ամբողջ այս արվածը պարզապես մտնում է մեր երկրում գործող օրենքների, հասկանալի է` չգրված օրենքների ու առկա բարքերի տրամաբանության մեջ: Էս սարն իմն է, էս ծառն էլ է իմը, քանի որ կարող եմ, քանի որ ուժեղ եմ: Իսկ ուժեղ եմ, որովհետև հաղթել եմ:

Ի դեպ, երբ Սահմանադրությունն էր փոխվում, քննարկումների ժամանակ նրա կողմնակիցները նաև մի կետի վրա էին ցանկանում սևեռել քաղաքական դաշտի ուշադրությունը: Թե այսքան տարի եղել է հաղթողին ամեն ինչ, պարտվողին` ոչինչ: Իսկ հիմա այդպես չի լինելու: Պարտվողն էլ է ինչ–որ բան ստանալու:

Հիմա դեռ պարզ չէ. նոր խորհրդարանը չի կազմավորվել ու չի սկսել աշխատանքը: Գուցե պարտվող կողմը և՞ս ունենա քաղաքական դերակատարություն` չգիտենք: Պարզապես այսպես է ասում Սահմանադրությունը:

Բայց քաղաքական պրոցեսներում մի բան ակնհայտ է: Իսկ մեր երկրի քաղաքական պրոցեսներում` առավել ևս: Իներցիայի օրենքն է անխափան աշխատում: Կամ որ նույնն է` գրված օրենքից առավել, կամ` նրա առջևից գործում է չգրված օրենքը:

Ուստի դեռ ժամանակ է անհրաժեշտ, որպեսզի մեր հաղթողն իրեն միահեծան ու ամենազոր չզգա ու հանգիստ սրտով ու վստահ ձեռքով չկտրի ծառերը: Քանզի տարածքն իրեն հարկավոր է եղել:

Կամ, ի՞նչ մեղքս թաքցնեմ, մտածում եմ` նրան գուցե հովանավորե՞լ են ավելի վերևներում: Գուցե նրան ասել են` օգնիր ընտրվեմ, քո գործն արա, ու` փոխհատուցումը մեր կողմից: Ու այս մարդն էլ գնացել ու ծառերը կտրել է:

Գուցե սա մի քիչ ֆուտուրիստական ժանրի մտածողության ընթա՞ցք է: Գուցե բնավ էլ այդպես չի՞ եղել: Բայց պարզապես մենք սովոր ենք դրան: Այսքան տարիներ, տասնամյակներ մեր երկրում այդպես է եղել: Ու հիմա էլ մտածում ենք, որ այդպես է կրկին եղել:

Բայց գիտե՞ք, թե ինչն է նաև այսպես մտածելու հիմք տալիս: Այն, որ այս հանցագործին` ծառերը կտրողին, ոստիկանությունը բացահայտեց ու իրենց եզրով` բերման ենթարկեց: Սակայն նրա անուն ազգանունը չեն ասում, որ իմանաս, թե ով է:

Իսկ ինչո՞ւ չեն ասում: Հլա թող մեկը լիներ, ով իրենցից չէր, թեկուզ խիստ կասկածելի լիներ նրա մեղսակցությունը, անունը չէ՞ին տա: Այնպես կտային. Ի՞նչ անմեղության կանխավարկած, ի՞նչ բան…

Ավելին` ողջ օրը կպտտացնեին տեսահոլովակը երկրի բոլոր հեռուստատեսություններով, որ լավ ամրապնդվի մարդկանց գիտակցության մեջ եղած դեպքն էլ, կատարող դեմքն էլ:

Իսկ այս` ծառերի հատման պարագայում, մեր ոստիկանությունը ինչո՞ւ է թաքցնում այդ մարդուն: Ինչո՞ւ չի ուզում, որ հասարակությունն իմանա, թե ո՞վ է իր մեջ ապրող վանդալը, որ ձեռքը բարձրացրել է ծառերի վրա: Երբ դրանց տնկելու, խնամելու, աճեցնելու հետ ինքը ոչ մի կապ չի ունեցել:
