Ելքեր կան, և դրանք բազմազան են. ՀՀ ՊՆ նախկին փոխնախարար

Հարգելի մտավորականներ, բարեկիրթ մարդիկ և մտածելու ընդունակ քաղաքացիներ։

Ստացվել է այնպես, որ մեր երկրում հրապարակային առողջ միտքն ու բանական խոսքը գրեթե վերացել է, կամ էլ ուղակի կորչում է օրվա հայհոյախառը և սկանդալային լրատվական հոսքերում։ Մարդիկ կարդում են ոչ թե այս կամ այն խնդրի լուծման մասին առաջարկներ, այլ սկանդալային լուրեր և վիրավորական փոխադարձ արձագանքներ։

Շուրջ երեք տարի իշխանությունները հիմարություններ ու մառազմ են դուրս տալիս, իսկ վերջին պատերազմից հետո նույնիսկ ընդդիմության նյարդերն են տեղիք տվել, և բոլորն անցել են հայհոյախառը, վիրավորական ծաղրուծանակի։

Սա բերել է մի իրավիճակի, որտեղ հրապարակային քաղաքականությունն ամբողջովին արժեզրկվել է։

Սակայն դա չի նշանակում, թե մենք այլևս չպետք է, կամ չենք մտածում մեր երկրի ու ժողովրդի ամենացավոտ պրոբլեմների մասին։ Չի նշանակում, որ մեր քաղաքացիները միայնակ են մնացել իրենց հոգսերի հետ, չի նշանակում, թե այլևս Արցախի հիմնահարցը հետին պլանում է։

Ելքեր կան, և դրանք բազմազան են։ Սակայն հավատացեք, որ այս իշխանության պարագայում ուղակի անլուրջ է հրապարակային խոսել պետության ապագայի ու անելիքների մասին։ Սրանցից պետք է օր առաջ ազատվել, ինչպես առողջ օրագիզմն ազատում են թարախապալարից։

Դրանից հետո միայն քաղաքական դաշտը կմաքրվի, կզուլալվի քաղաքական միտքը և վեր կհանվեն ապագայի բոլոր անելիքները։

Ամեն ինչ լավ է լինելու, նորից վերականգնվելու է առողջ քաղաքական բանավեճը, ունենալու ենք լավ կառավարում, հասկանալի և կայուն զարգացում, ապահով և անվտանգ հասարակություն, բարեկիրթ և հարգալից հարաբերություններ, մաքուր լեզվամտածողություն և բարեկիրթ միջավայր։

Մինչ այդ մեր շարքերից պետք է արմատախիլ արվի դավաճանության, նիհիլիզմի, ներքին թշնամանքի ու անհանդուրժողականության աղբյուր հանդիսացող այս չարորակ իշխանությանը։

Մեր ժողովուրդն արժանապատիվ ժողովուրդ է, և արժանի չէ այսպիսի խայտառակ իշխանությունների։
