Արտակ Թովմասյանը խմբակցություններին իմպիչմենտի գործընթաց սկսելու կոչ է անում

«Թովմասյան» հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Արտակ Թովմասյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ 
 
«Այն մասին, ինչ այսօր կատարվում է Երևանի փողոցներում, ես զգուշացրել էի դեռևս նոյեմբերի 16-ին` իմ ելույթում։ Ես ասել էի, որ մեր երկիրը շատ խորը տնտեսական, քաղաքական և կառավարման ճգնաժամի մեջ է։ Իշխանության վարած արտաքին պարտվողական քաղաքականության հետևանքով` ներքին քաղաքականությունը կարող է հանգեցնել քաղաքացիական բախումների:
Այսօր արդեն Հայաստանում այլևս անխուսափելի են այդ բախումները, քանի որ ներքաղաքական վիճակը ծայրաստիճան լարված է:
Այս համատեքստում` կրկին դիմում եմ ուժայիններին:
Հիշե՛ք, տղե՛րք, դուք հայ ազգի մի մասնիկն եք, և այս փոփոխությունները նաև հենց ձեզ համար են։ Մի՛ կատարեք անօրինական հրամաններ, մի՛ տրվեք սադրանքներին, իշխանության կյանքը երկարացնելու համար դուրս չգա՛ք ժողովրդի դեմ:
Ոստիկանության, Ազգային անվտանգության և այլ ուժային կառույցների բոլոր աշխատակիցներին հիշեցնում եմ, որ իրենց առջև կանգնած են իրենց մայրերն ու քույրերը, իրենց կանայք ու երեխաները։
Սիրելի՛ մայրեր, քույրեր, ուժային կառույցներում ծառայող ձեր հայրերին ու որդիներին հեռո՛ւ պահեք այս արհավիրքից:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, դիմում եմ Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր պատգամավորներին․ այսօր տարբեր խմբակցությունների շահերի հարցը չէ: Բոլորս պետք է ոտքի կանգնենք և միմիայն սահմանադրական ճանապարհով հեռացնենք այս իշխանությանը։
«Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ, դուք ունեք ինքնամաքրվելու բացառիկ շանս։ Մի՛ վերցրեք ձեզ վրա նման պատասխանատվություն, դուրս մի՛ եկեք ժողովրդի դեմ, մի կո՛ղմ դրեք ձեր անձնական շահը, մի՛ օգնեք կառավարությանը` կառչել աթոռներից, սկսե՛ք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին իմպիչմենտ հայտարարելու գործընթացը։
Շտապ հրավիրեք քաղաքական կոնսուլտացիաներ խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, արտահերթ նիստ գումարեք և անվստահություն հայտնեք վարչապետին` պետության կառավարումը հանձնելով ժամանակավոր կառավարությանը։ Միայն այս դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի երկիրը զերծ պահել ավելորդ ցնցումներից, քաղաքացիական բախումներից, որի վտանգը այսօր ավելի մեծ է, քան երբևէ։
Իր պարտության մեջ անգամ «Իսկանդերին» մեղավոր հանած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ժողովրդին փողոց դուրս բերելով, ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է իր ոչ պետականամետ մտածելակերպը և ցույց է տալիս իր թուլությունը` այսպիսով կառավարելով ոչ թե պետությունը, այլ ժողովրդին»,- գրել է նա։
