«Հայրենիք» զորախմբի անդամների կողմից դասալքության դեպքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել.դատախազությունը հերքել է Փաշինյանին

«Հայրենիք» զորախմբի անդամների կողմից դասալքության վերաբերյալ ապացույցներ ձեռք չեն բերվել։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան տեղեկացրել են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից՝ այդպիսով փաստելով, որ Փաշինյանը տարածել է կեղծ տեղեկատվություն։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 10-ին կապիտուլյացիոն ակտի ստորագրումից հետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ի պատասխան իր հրաժարականը պահանջող քաղաքացիների,  ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում փորձել էր մեղավորներ գտնել ու հայտարարել, թե «Հայրենիք» զորախումբը  դիրքը թողել, փախել է ու դասալքության համար պետք է դատվի։

Հայտարարությունից շուրջ 4 ամիս անց «Փաստինֆո»-ն գրավոր հարցում է ուղարկել  ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ պարզելու, թե  «Հայրենիք» զորախմբի անդամների կողմից դասալքության վերաբերյալ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը քննության առարկա դարձե՞լ է, թե ոչ,  քրեական գործ հարուցվել է, թե ոչ եւ դասալքության քանի դրվագ է բացահայտվել, քանի անձի է մեղադրանք առաջադրվել։

Արդյունքում՝ պարզվել է, որ  քրեական գործ չի հարուցվել, մեղադրանք առաջադրելու համար էլ ապացույցներ չեն գտել։

««Հայրենիք» զորախմբի անդամների կողմից դասալքության վերաբերյալ հանգամանքները քննության առարկա են հանդիսանում ՀՀ ՀՔԾ-ում քննվող քրեական գործերից մեկով, սակայն նշված մեղադրանքով  (դասալքության—հեղ.) վարույթին ներգրավված անձինք դեռևս չկան, քանի որ այդ կապակցությամբ նախաքննության ներկա փուլում բավարար ապացույցների համակցություն ձեռք չի բերվել»,- հայտնել են գլխավոր դատախազությունից։ Այլ խոսքով՝ դատախազությունը հայտնել է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի ունեցել որեւէ ապացույց, հիմք հայտարարելու, թե «Հայրենիքի» անդամները դիմել են դասալքության։ Հետեւապես գործ ունենք՝ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից, իր պաշտոնեական դիրքի օգտագործմամբ, զրպարտություն տարածելու, սուտ մատնություն կատարելու բացահայտ դեպքի հետ։

Ի դեպ, գրավոր հարցում էինք ուղարկել նաեւ ՀՔԾ, որտեղից խուսափել էին տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել, թե որ գործի շրջանակներում են ստուգել Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները՝ ասելով, թե նախաքննական գաղտնիք է։ Մինչդեռ ՀՔԾ-ի մեր աղբյուրը տեղեկացրեց, որ չունենալով որեւէ փաստական տվյալ՝  «Հայրենիք» զորախմբի անդամների կողմից ենթադրյալ դասալքության վերաբերյալ, ձեռնպահ են մնացել քրեական գործ հարուցելուց, քանզի չհիմնավորվելու դեպքում օրենքի ուժով պարտադրված էին լինելու Փաշինյանի կողմից սուտ մատնություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ հարուցել։ Արցախյան պատերազմին մասնակցած՝ «Հայրենիք» զորախմբի անդամները ՀՔԾ են հրավիրվել եւ հարցաքննվել նոյեմբերի 9-ի լույս 10-ի գիշերը Երեւանում տեղի ունեցած անկարգությունների գործով՝ ցույց տալու համար, թե իբր Փաշինյանի հայտարարության հետքերով քննություն են իրականացնում, սակայն անցած 4 ամիսների ընթացքում  ձեռք է բերված տվյալները միայն ապացուցել են, որ  Փաշինյանը զբաղվել է զրպարտությամբ։
