«Արցախը կապիտուլյանտի կողմից սկուտեղի վրա հրամցվեց անդրազգային կորպորացիաներին»․ Արմեն Աշոտյան

ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան  իր էջում  գրել է.

Երկար, բայց կարևոր

Օրերս “Ատլանտյան խորհրդում” (Atlantic Council), որը համարվում է NATO-ի ուղեղային կենտրոնը, տեղի է ունեցել խիստ ուշագրավ քննարկում «Էներգետիկ դիվանագիտությունը և անդրատլանտյան համագործակցությունը գործնականում. Հարավային գազային միջանցքի բացում» թեմայով:
Ինչպես երևում է վերնագրից, քննարկումը նվիրված էր Ադրբեջանից դեպի Եվրոպա գազ տեղափոխող նոր գազատարին, որի շինարարությունն ավարտվեց 44-օրա պատերազմի ընթացքում, և առաջին ադրբեջանական գազը հասավ ԵՄ անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերի վերջին:
Նշված քննարկման մասնակիցների ցանկը ուշագրավ էր, այդ թվում՝ Էլշադ Նասիրով - ՍՕԿԱՌ-ի փոխնախագահ, Մեթյու Բրայզա, Ռոբերտ Շեր – bp America-ի միջազգային կապերի տնօրեն և այլ ոչ պատահական բանախոսներ:

Դիտելով ողջ քննարկումը՝ մի շարք կարևոր հետևություններ և վերահաստատումներ պետք է արձանագրել:


1. Հայաստանում 2018-ի իշխանազավթումը նախևառաջ այդ գազատարի աշխարահաքաղաքական հովանավորների ձեռքի գործն էր:
2. 44 –օրյա պատերազմը նաև ադրբեջանական էներգակիրները դեպի Եվրոպա արտահանելու մասին էր՝ Արցախի հարցի վտանգը չեզոքացնելով: “Չկարգավորված հակամարտությունը միշտ սպառնալիք էր մատակարարման ուղիների համար”:
3. Ալիևն ու Էրգողանը պատահական չէին ընտրել պահը և այս խոշորագույն ներդրումաին նախագծի ապահով իրականացաման համար վերջին շանսն էին կերտում:
4. Իհարկե, ռիսկային էր մի կողմից լայնածավալ պատերազմ վարելը, մյուս կողմից՝ նման հսկայական շինարարությունը ավարտին հասցնելը: Սա հնարավոր էր անել միայն մի դեպքում՝ եթե Հայաստանից տային գազատարի ադրբեջանական ուղղության վրա չկրակելու հստակ երաշխիքներ : Ինչը, վստահ եմ, գաղտնի արվեց թե պատերազմից առաջ, թե արդեն հրապարակավ՝ պատերազմի ընթացքում:
5. Նշված գազատարն ընդամենը միջանկյալ էտապ է միջինասիական գազը դեպի Եվրոպա վերահասցեագրելու գլոբալ ծրագրի մեջ, ինչի մասին կրկին ակտիվացել են խոսակցությունները Ադրբեջան-Թուրքմենիա վերջին գազային համաձայնությունից հետո:
6. Ուստի տարածաշրջանային լարվածությունը նաև այդ պատճառով ոչ միայն չի նվազելու, այլև ուժգնանալու է՝ Արևմուտք-Ռուսաստան/Չինաստան գլոբալ հակամարտության ֆոնին:
7. Այս ծրագրում Թուրքիան արևմտյան կորպորացիաների համար ունի առանցքային դեր, հետևաբար Ռուսաստանի հետ երկարաժամկետ համագործակցություն ունենալ չի կարող, ինչը շուտով իրեն զգացնել կտա նաև Հարավային Կովկասում:
8. Թյուր է այն պատկերացումը, որ Արևմուտքը ոչինչ չշահեց Արցախյան պատերազմից: Նրանք լուծեցին գլոբալ հարց և այդ պատճառով ավելի թեթև տարան Ռուսաստանի զինված ուժերի տեղակայումը Արցախում:
9. Արցախը կապիտուլյանտի կողմից սկուտեղի վրա հրամցվեց անդրազգային կորպորացիաներին:
