Դեկտեմբերին գրանցվել է 3.4% գնաճ, որի պարագայում 12-ամսյա գնաճն էականորեն ավելացել է եւ տարեվերջին կազմել 3.7%. ԿԲ

Հայաստանի Կենտրոնական բանկի փետրվարի 2-ին կայացած խորհրդի նիստում արձանագրվեց, որ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերին գրանցվել է 3.4% գնաճ՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ամսվա 1.3%-ի դիմաց, որի պարագայում 12-ամսյա գնաճն էականորեն ավելացել է եւ տարեվերջին կազմել 3.7%՝ առավելագույնս մոտենալով նպատակային ցուցանիշին: Ամսվա գնաճը պայմանավորվել է հիմնականում «Սննդամթերք եւ ոչ ալկոհոլային խմիչք» ապրանքախմբի գների 7.2% աճով, որի կառուցվածքում առավել արագ աճել են ներմուծված պարենային ապրանքների գները: Դեկտեմբերին ոչ պարենային ապրանքների գներն աճել են 2.3%, իսկ ծառայությունների սակագները՝ 0.3%-ով: Ընդհանուր գնաճին զուգահեռ ավելացել է նաեւ 12-ամսյա բնականոն գնաճը, որը դեկտեմբերի վերջին կազմել է 3.6%։

Ներկայացվեցին 2021 թվականի հունվարին արտաքին հատվածի զարգացումները եւ արձանագրվեց, որ դրանք հիմնականում ընթացել են ՀՀ ԿԲ դրամավարկային քաղաքականության 2020 թվականի չորրորդ եռամսյակի ծրագրում նախանշված սցենարին համահունչ, որի համաձայն դիտվում են համաշխարհային տնտեսական ակտիվության եւ պահանջարկի վերականգնման միտումներ: Դա ՀՀ հիմնական գործընկեր երկրներից արտահայտվել է ԱՄՆ-ում եւ Ռուսաստանում, իսկ Եվրոգոտում վերականգնումն ընթանում է սպասվածից դանդաղ տեմպերով՝ պայմանավորված համավարակի հաղթահարման նպատակով կիրառվող սահմանափակումների երկարաձգմամբ: Միաժամանակ, ապրանքահումքային հիմնական շուկաներում շարունակվել են գնաճային միտումները՝  արձագանքելով համաշխարհային պահանջարկի վերականգնման սպասումներին եւ դրսեւորված մի շարք առաջարկի գործոններին։

Նման միտումները փոխանցվել եւ արտահայտվել են նաեւ գործընկեր երկրներում սպասվածից բարձր գնաճային միջավայրի ձեւավորմամբ: Այնուամենայնիվ, քանի որ ԱՄՆ-ում եւ Եվրոգոտում գնաճը դեռեւս պահպանվում է նպատակային ցուցանիշից ցածր, այդ երկրների ԿԲ-ները կշարունակեն վարել խթանող դրամավարկային քաղաքականություն, իսկ Ռուսաստանի ԿԲ-ն գնաճի արագացումից ածանցվող գնաճային սպասումները զսպելու նպատակով, ըստ ՀՀ ԿԲ գնահատականների, տարվա ընթացքում կփոքրացնի դրամավարկային քաղաքականության խթանման չափը:
