ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմը այցելել է Շոշ համայնք

Փետրվարի 11-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը, ՄԻՊ ժամանակավոր փոխարինող Արսեն Սառաջյանի գլխավորությամբ, այցելել է Ասկերանի շրջանի Շոշ գյուղ՝ համայնքում բնականոն կյանքի վերականգնման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներին ծանոթանալու եւ քաղաքացիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության իրավիճակը գնահատելու նպատակով:

Այցի ընթացքում համայնքի ղեկավարը հայտնել, որ կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքներ բնակիչներին համայնք վերադառնալու ուղղությամբ, գյուղում վերականգնվել են բոլոր ենթակառուցվածքները, վերադարձել է բնակչության կեսից ավելին:

Պատերազմական գործողությունների հետեւանքով ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ են անցել համայնքի գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության տարածքների մեծ մասը, ինչը լուրջ խնդիրներ է ստեղծում համայնքում բնակչության զբաղվածության առումով: Համայնքի տարածքում կատարվում են ականազերծման աշխատանքներ, բնակչության շրջանում տարվում են իրազեկման միջոցառումներ կյանքին եւ առողջությանը սպառնացող պայթուցիկ նյութերի հետ շփումից խուսափելու ուղղությամբ:

Հունվարի 11-ից գործում է դպրոցը, իսկ առաջիկա շաբաթվա ընթացքում վերսկսելու է աշխատանքները նաեւ մանկապարտեզը: Հանրային մտահոգություններ էին բարձրացվել երեխաների՝ դպրոց հաճախելու անվտանգության հետ կապված, քանի որ այն գտնվում է Կարմիր Շուկա-Շոշ ճանապարհի մերձակա տարածքում, եւ դպրոց հասնելու համար երեխաները պետք է անցնեն ճանապարհը, որով ժամանակ առ ժամանակ իրականացվում է ադրբեջանական շարասյուների տարանցումը:

ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմը տեղում ծանոթացել է բարձրացված խնդրին եւ ականատես եղել ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ ադրբեջանական շարասյուների տարանցմանը: Չնայած երեխաների դպրոց հաճախումը կազմակերպվում է ԱՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների ուղեկցությամբ, այնուամենայնիվ երեխաների անվտանգությունն առավել վերահսկելի դարձնելու նպատակով առկա է օբյեկտիվ անհրաժեշտություն դպրոցի եւ մանկապարտեզի հարակից տարածքում պարեկային հերթապահություն սահմանելու:

Անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով՝ կարեւորվել է համայքում գիշերային լուսավորության համակարգի շուտափույթ ներդրումը:
