14 տարեկան երեխային ծխախոտ չեն վաճառում, իսկ դուք 14 տարեկանին ինքնուրույն Սպիդի թեստ հանձնելու հնարավորություն եք տալիս. Պատգամավոր

14 տարեկան երեխայի վարքի համար մեզ մոտ ծնողին դպրոց են կանչում, 14 տարեկան երեխային ծխախոտ չեն վաճառում, իսկ ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՎ-ը սեռավարակ է: Եթե դուք համարում եք, որ 14 տարեկան երեխան կարող է ինքնուրույն սեռական կյանքով ապրել, ինքնուրույն գնալ թեստ հանձնել ու այդ պատասխանը ստանալ… Այս մասին խորհրդարանում համապատասխան օրենքի քննարկման ժամանակ հայտարարեց պատգամավոր Վարդան Աթաբեկյանը:

Կառավարությունն Ազգային ժողով է բերել օրենքի նախագիծ, որով առաջարկում է 14 տարեկանից սկսած երեխաներին հնարավորություն տալ ինքնուրույն գնալ ու ՄԻԱՎ-ի թեստ հանձնել:

Օրենքի նախագիծը զեկուցեց Առողջապահյության փոխնախարար Լենա նանուշյանը:

«Ես չգիտեմ, Ձեր կյանքում եղե՞լ է դեպք, որ ձեր հարազատին հայտնեք ուռուցքով հիվանդ լինելու մասին, տեսե՞լ եք նրա հոգեբանական վիճակը: Դուք ո՞նց եք պատկերացնում, ինչ կկատարվի 14 տարեկան երեխայի հետ, ով իմանա, որ Սպիդ է»,-ասաց նա:

«Իմ քայլը» լքած պատգամավորը հետո դիմեց իր նախկին գործընկերներին՝ հայտարարելով, որ Լանզարոտեի կոնվենցիայում ձևակերպումները հնարավոր էր այս կամ այն կերպ տալ. «Խնդրում եմ մտածեք այս մասին»:
