Ռուս-ադրբեջանական բախման հեռանկարը․ Ինչ է անելու Հայաստանը

Ղարաբաղում ռուս-թուրքական կենտրոնի աշխատանքի մեկնարկով Ռուսաստանը հատեց բոլոր սահմանները։ Մոսկվան խախտել է Մինսկի խմբի մանդատը եւ միջազգային նորմերը, Հայաստանին պարտադրված համաձայնություններն անօրինական են, ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայությունը Ղարաբաղում նույնպես խնդրահարույց է։ Բանն այն է, որ Բաքուն չի ստորագրել այդ փաստաթուղթը, իսկ ՌԴ նախագահը հայտարարել է, որ Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջանի տարածք է։

 

Ռուսաստանը Ղարաբաղում հայտնվել է օդում կախված վիճակում, կամ ավելի պարզ ասած՝ օրենքից դուրս։ Լավրովյան պլանի հապշտապ իրագործումը հայկական հազարավոր կյանքերի, տարածքների կորստի ու տեղահանությունների գնով չի փոխում իրավիճակը: Մոսկվան «Ադրբեջանի համար մրցակցության» թրքահաճ իր ձեռնարկումների արդյունքում կորցրել է Ադրբեջանը եւ Կովկասում մնալու հեռանկարները:

 

Ռուս-թուրքական համատեղ կենտրոնի բացման կապակցությամբ Անկարան հույս հայտնեց, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները շուտով ավելորդ կլինեն: Ամրացնելով դիրքերը, Անկարան ու Բաքուն կարող են պահանջել խաղաղապահների դուրսբերումը, եւ դա հեռու ապագայի հարց չէ: Ավելին, Բաքուն Ռուսաստանի հանդեպ Արեւմուտքի քաղաքականության խստացման պայմաններում կարող է իր խնդիրները կարգավորելու համար դնել խաղաղապահների հարցը որպես «օկուպանտ», որի մասին արդեն բացահայտ խոսվում է:

 

Հայկական կողմի ստորագրությանը ռուսական հղումը թույլ փաստարկ է ռուսական թրքահպատակ քաղաքականության ու Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջանի տարածք հայտարարելու պայմաններում: Ավելին, ահաբեկչական պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ու եռակողմ հայտարարությունը լեգիտիմացնելու մոսկովյան ձգտումները Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահի դիրքից ապագայում Բաքվին ու Անկարային հնարավորություն են տալիս Մոսկվայի վրա բարդել պատերազմական հանցագործությունների ողջ պատասխանատվությունը:

Ընդ որում, «ապագային թողնելով» Արցախի կարգավիճակի լուծման հարցը, Մոսկվան կորցնում է իր ռազմական ներկայության օրինականացման վերջին լծակը, քանի որ Բաքվի հետ առեւտրում Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի խնդիրը կորցնում է իր ուժը:
