Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ մանկահասակ տղա երեխայի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ. փոքրիկի մայրը, խորթ հայրը և խորթ տատը ձերբակալվել են

2021թ. փետրվարի 7-ին՝ ժամը 12.50-ին, «Մասիս ԲԿ»-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ մահացած վիճակում իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մանկահասակ՝ 01.08.2019թ. ծնված տղա երեխա:

 

Անմիջապես բժշկական կենտրոն և երեխայի բնակության վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 109-րդ հոդվածի (անզգուշությամբ մահ պատճառելը) 1-ին մասով:

 

Երեխայի դիակի արտաքին զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են կապտավուն գույնի բազմաթիվ արյունազեղումներ և քերծվածքներ, իսկ կատարված դիահերձմամբ գլխուղեղին հայտնաբերվել է տարածուն արյունազեղում, կողմնային փորոքներում՝ հեղուկ արյուն: Ըստ դատաբժշկի եզրակացության՝ երեխայի մահը վրա է հասել գլխուղեղի տրավմատիկ ախտահարումից՝ գանգուղեղային փակ տրավմա ստանալու հետևանքով:

Տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ երեխայի մարմնական վնասվածքները, հնարավոր է, պատճառվել են նրա ընտանիքի անդամների՝ մոր, խորթ հոր և խորթ տատի կողմից:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ վերջիններս 2021թ. հունվարից սկսած պարբերաբար հարվածներ են հասցրել փոքրիկի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, իսկ 2021թ. փետրվարի 6-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում, երեխայի խորթ հայրը, չքնելու, անդադար լաց լինելու պատճառով, ծեծի է ենթարկել նրան՝ հարվածներ հասցրել դեմքի և գլխի շրջանում, որից հետո երեխայի ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է, իսկ փետրվարի 7-ին նրա մոտ նկատել են թուլություն, որից հետո նա մահացել է:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների հիման վրա՝ որոշում է կայացվել է՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի (դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառել) 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ և 14-րդ կետերով նոր քրեական գործ հարուցելու, անզգուշությամբ մահ պատճառելու հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործին միացնելու, մեկ վարույթում քննելու և նախաքննությունը քննչական խմբին հանձնարարելու վերաբերյալ:

Մանկահասակ երեխայի 19-ամյա մայրը, 30-ամյա խորթ հայրը և 41-ամյա խորթ տատը ձերբակալվել են` խմբով երեխայի առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ ծանր վնաս պատճառելու և անզգուշությամբ նրա մահն առաջացնելու կասկածանքով: Նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ:
