Ջալալ Հարությունյանին ինչ -որ պատվավոր թոշակի և վճարովի արձակուրդի են ուղարկել. Կարեն Վրթանեսյան

Ջալալ Հարությունյանն ստացել է ռազմական տեսուչի պաշտոն, որը նախկինում իմաստալից էր և հնարավորություն էր տալիս երկրից անկախ ղեկավարի վերահսկել զինված ուժերը: Իշխանափոխությունից հետո այդ տեսուչին դարձրեցին Պաշտպանության նախարարության ենթակա, որն անիմաստ է դարձնում այդ պաշտոնը, ենթական չի կարող իր վերադասին օբյեկտիվ վերահսկել: Այս մասին այսօր փետրվարի 6-ին, ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ռազմական փորձագետ, Razm.info կայքի համակարգող Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը:

«Տվյալ դեպում՝ Ջալալ Հարությունյանին ինչ -որ պատվավոր թոշակի և վճարովի արձակուրդին են ուղարկել,  դրանից ի՞նչ է բխում և դրանից հետո ինչ-որ բանի մասին կխոսի՞, թողնում եմ ձեզ, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ օբյեկտիվ խոսակցություն դժվար լինի»,-ասաց նա:

Ռազմական փորձագետի կարծիքով՝ Ջալալ Հարությունյանին բավականին հարցեր կան պատերազմի հետ կապված, պատերազմը ցույց տվեց, որ նա ՊՆ բանակի հրամանատարի պաշտոնի համար դեռ բավականաչափ փորձ ու հմտություն չուներ, ուղղակի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ենթադրում եմ՝ ելնելով անձնական սիմպատիաներից, անձամբ ճանաչելու հանգամանքից շտապեց հեռացնել նախկին հրամանատարին, որն ավելի մեծ փորձ ուներ»:

Նրա խոսքով՝ հետ պատերազմական ամիսները ցույց տվեցին, որ գեներալները, եզակի բացառություններով, չեն ցանկանում խոսել, իսկ ով խոսել է՝ բավականին կարևոր դրվագներ է բացահայտել. «Այն, որ գեներալները լռում են, հասկանալի է, շարունակում են կառչել իրենց պաշտոններից, մյուսները համարում են, որ դեռ իրենց ասելու ժամանակը չէ, առաջնային հարցեր կան: Եթե տեսնեի բանակի վերազինման, բանակաշինության վերաբերյալ ակտիվ գործողություններ են վարվում, այդ տեսակետը գուցե կիսեի, բայց նման բան չեմ տեսնում»:

Վրթանեսյանն ասաց, որ տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ՀՀ անվտանգության խնդիրը իրենց վրայից գցել են՝ հույս ունենալով, որ ռուս զինվորականները մեզ կպահեն, որոշ ժամանակ հետո էլ բարիդրացիակայն հարաբերություններ կստեղծվեն Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ:

«Տպավորութոյուն է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները որոշել են ոչ միայն Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակից ազատվել, որպես բալաստ, այլ առավելագույնս կրճատել նաև ՀՀ զինված ուժերը կամ վերածել նրանց անունով զինված ուժերի, բայց իրականում՝ ուզում են վերածել ոստիկանական ուժերի, որի միակ խնդիրը կլինի երկրի իշխանությունների իշխանությունը պահելը: Ցանկացած դեպքում, իրավիճակը ԶՈւ-ում գնահատում եմ խիստ բացասական, զարգացումները վտանգավոր են»:
