20-ամյա աղջկան առևանգելու գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում 20-ամյա աղջկա առևանգման դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել է, որ Գորիս քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1998թ. ծնված երիտասարդը երկու անգամ՝ 2020թ. դեկտեմբերի 18-ին և 2021թ. հունվարի 18-ին, մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, բռնություն գործադրելով, բացահայտ առևանգել է նույն քաղաքի բնակչուհի, 2000թ. ծնված աղջկան:

 

Քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ երիտասարդն իր մտադրությունն իրականացնելու նպատակով, նախապես պլանավորելով ամուսնության նպատակով 20-ամյա աղջկա առևանգումը, սկզբում դիմել է իր երկու ընկերներին, որոնց հետ 2020թ. դեկտեմբերի 18-ին` ժամը 11:00-12:00-ի սահմաններում, «OPEL ASTRA» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով հետապնդել են աշխատավայր գնացող աղջկան և փողոցում նրա նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու` ձեռքերից, ոտքերից գրկելու միջոցով, նրա կամքին հակառակ, հարկադրաբար նստեցրել են հիշյալ ավտոմեքենայի հետևի նստատեղում, ու աղջկա` իրեն չառևանգելու, տուն վերադարձնելու խնդրանքն անտեսելով, նրան բացահայտ առևանգելով տեղափոխել են Սյունիքի մարզի բնակավայրերից մեկը, որտեղից ավելի ուշ աղջիկը ծնողի հետ վերադարձել է տուն:

 

Այնուհետև՝ առևանգումից հետո շուրջ մեկ ամիս անց, աղջկանից կրկին ստանալով մերժում, 2021թ. հունվարի 18-ին երիտասարդն իր երկու բարեկամների հետ է նախապես պայմանավորվել ամուսնության նպատակով աղջկա առևանգումը համատեղ կատարելու շուրջ: Այդ նպատակով 2021թ. հունվարի 18-ին` ժամը 11:00-ի սահմաններում, ավտոմեքենայով հետապնդել են ընկերուհու հետ համալսարան գնացող աղջկան, ապա փողոցում մի կողմ քաշելով աղջկա ընկերուհուն, խափանել են վերջինիս` առևանգմանը խոչընդոտելու և միջամտելու փորձերը, և աղջկա նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու, այն է` գրկելու և դեպի մեքենան քաշելու միջոցով, բացահայտ առևանգել են նրան, իր կամքին հակառակ, հարկադրաբար նստեցրել են հիշյալ ավտոմեքենայի հետևի նստատեղում և տեղափոխել Սյունիքի մարզի բնակավայրերից մեկը:

 

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի վայրի և տրանսպորտային միջոցի զննություններ, 20-ամյա աղջիկը ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել: Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ, կատարվել են հարցաքննություններ, առերեսումներ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 22-ամյա երիտասարդին, նրա երկու ընկերներին և բարեկամներից մեկին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի (մարդուն  առևանգելը) 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրանց նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ երիտասարդի մյուս բարեկամին վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ: Հանձնարարություններ են տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին:
