Դատարանը քննում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ քրգորի հարուցումը մերժելու դեմ փաստաբանների բողոքը (ուղիղ)

Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Կենտրոն նստավայրում՝ նախագահությամբ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի, այսօր՝ հունվարի 29-ին, ընթանում է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ քրեական գործ հարուցելը մերժելու Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության եւ Դատախազության որոշումների դեմ բողոքի քննությունը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 10-ին՝ Արցախի շրջանները Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու օրը, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ հայտարարել էր․ «Բոլոր այն քաղաքացիներին, որոնք հասկանում են, թե ինչ է կատարվում, կոչ եմ անում պատրաստվել վրեժի՛, պատրաստվել վրեժի՛։ Էս կոռուպցիոներ օլիգարխ ստահակներին․․․Այո, մենք ճիշտ չենք վարվել։ Այս երկիրը թալանածներին, զինվորի հացը գողացածների, զինվորի զենքը գողացածների, քաղաքացու արժանապատվությունը գողացածների նկատմամբ մենք ճիշտ չենք վարվել, ես ներողություն եմ խնդրում դրա համար։ Բոլոր այն քաղաքացիներին, որոնք հասկանում են՝ ինչի մասին է խոսքը, կոչ եմ անում պատրաստվել վրեժի, որովհետեւ, այո, մեր զինվորների վրեժը մենք դրանցից պիտի հանենք, մեր կորսված հայրենիքի վրեժը մենք դրանցից պիտի հանենք։

Էդ Հանրապետական, էդ ԲՀԿ-ական թալանչիներին, էդ հայրենիքի դասալիքին, որ դիրքը թողել, փախել է, դասալքության համար պետք է դատվի։  Այսօր մտնում են մարզպետարաններ, էդ պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի եսիմովքեր, որ երկիրը թալանել են, մտածում են՝ իրենց ժամանակը եկել ա՞․ իրենց ժամանակը չի գալու, եկել ա քաղաքացու վրեժի ժամանա՛կը, քաղաքացո՛ւ վրեժի՛ ժամանակը։ Էդ հայրենիք ծախողները մտածում են, որ կարող են հայրենիքի բեռը մեր վրա թողնե՞ն, բացառված է։ Ես ՀՀ բոլոր արժանապատիվ քաղաքացիներին կոչ եմ անում պատրաստ լինել, որ մենք գնալու ենք դրանց հետեւից, էսօրվա դեբոշերների հետեւից՝ հատ-հատ, եւ իրենց շեֆերի հետեւից։ Գնալու ենք «Դաշնակցության» կոռուպցիոն հատվածի հետեւից։ Էդ հայրենքի ծախողները, էդ ազատագրված տարածքները փողով ծախողները, որի առիթով քրգործ կա հարուցված, հանկարծ չմտածեն, թե էս ծխածածկույթի տակ հաջողելու են․ բացառված է»։

Հաղորդում ներկայացրած փաստաբանները համոզված են, որ վարչապետի այդ հայտարարությունը պարունակում է ՀՀ ՔՕ 137-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներ (Սպանության, առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու կամ գույք ոչնչացնելու սպառնալիքը):
