Եռակողմ հայտարարությունը չի լուծել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդիրը. Արարատ Միրզոյանը՝ ՌԴ դեսպանին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը հունվարի 27-ին ընդունել է մեր երկրում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինին:

Ողջունելով դեսպանին՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանը եւս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է երկու երկրների միջեւ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների կարեւորությունը եւ բարձր գնահատել ռուսական կողմի ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում թե՛ մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման եւ թե՛ ստեղծված հումանիտար խնդիրների հաղթահարման առումով:

Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը շեշտել է, որ հայկական կողմի համար օրակարգային կարեւորագույն հարցն այս համատեքստում շարունակում է մնալ հայ ռազմագերիների եւ գերեվարված անձանց վերադարձը հայրենիք եւ վստահություն հայտնել, որ ռուս գործընկերներն այս ուղղությամբ կշարունակեն միջնորդական ջանքեր գործադրել, որպեսզի ի կատար ածվի նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարության համապատասխան դրույթը:

Խորհրդարանի խոսնակն ընդգծել է նաեւ, որ եռակողմ հայտարարությունը չի լուծել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդիրը, եւ հայկական կողմը պատրաստակամ է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակում վերսկսել բանակցությունները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի շուրջ՝ հիմք ընդունելով ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքը:

Դեսպան Կոպիրկինն իր խոսքում ներկայացրել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից ստեղծված հումանիտար կենտրոնի, ինչպես նաեւ ռուս խաղաղապահների կողմից իրականացվող աշխատանքները: ՌԴ դեսպանն իր հերթին նշել է, որ հիմնախնդրի ամբողջական կարգավորման, այդ թվում եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հստակեցման համար անհրաժեշտ է շարունակել խաղաղ բանակցությունները ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում զրուցակիցները քննարկել են նաեւ երկու երկրների խորհրդարանների՝ երկկողմ եւ բազմակողմ հարթակներում համագործակցության առավել ակտիվացմանն ու խորացմանը վերաբերող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ:
