Իլհամ Ալիեւը «հեծանիվ է հայտնագործել»

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը «զարմանալի բացահայտում» է արել:

Տեսաձեւաչափով ընդունելով տրանսպորտի, կապի եւ բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների նոր նախարարին՝ Ալիեւն ի թիվս այլնի՝ հայտարարել է պատերազմի ժամանակ արբանյակների դերի մասին: «Երբ մենք արբանյակներն ուղեծիր էինք ուղարկում, մեզ հարցնում էին՝ ինչի համար է դա: Սակայն կյանքը ցույց տվեց, որ դա անհրաժեշտություն էր: Արբանյակների կիրառումը ինչպես պատերազմի ժամանակ, այնպես էլ դրանից հետո ապահովեց մեր գերակայությունը»,-ասել է Ալիեւը:

Իհարկե, Ադրբեջանի նախագահն իրավացի է՝ խոսելով արբանյակների դերի մասին, հարցը, թե Հայաստանը՝ թեկուզեւ սեփական արբանյակների բացակայության պայմաններում, որքան հասանելիություն ունի արբանյակային տվյալների նկատմամբ, թողնենք մի կողմ:

Ադրբեջանի՝ «տիեզերական ակումբի» անդամի վերածվելու համատեքստում ոչ պակաս նշանակություն ունի այն, թե ում օգնությամբ է դա տեղի ունեցել:

Բացի թուրքական արբանյակներից՝ ադրբեջանական կողմն ունի ֆրանսիական արբանյակ: Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ների տվյալներով (հաղորդագրությունը տարածվել է 2016 թվականին) «Ազերկոսմոս» ԲԲԸ-ի տրամադրության տակ է Azerspace-1 արբանյակը, ինչպես նաեւ AzerSky արբանյակը, որը ֆրանսիական Airbus Defense and Space-ի SPOT-6 արբանյակի հետ միասին օգտագործվում է Երկրի հեռահար զոնդավորման հարցով ծառայությունների մատուցման համար: Բացի Ադրբեջանին արբանյակների փոխանցումից՝ Թուրքիան բազմիցս հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի համար ցածր ուղեծրային եւ գեոստացիոնար արբանյակներ արտադրելու պատրաստակամության, իր արբանյակների ռեսուրսների փոխանակման մասին:

Ադրբեջանին Ֆրանսիայի կողմից արբանյակի փոխանցման փաստը մեկնաբանել է ՀՀ ՊՆ այդ ժամանակվա ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը՝ արդարացիորեն համարելով, որ «յուրաքանչյուր օբյեկտ, որը նախատեսված է քաղաքացիական նպատակների համար, սակայն հնարավորություն ունի օգտագործվել ռազմական նպատակով, կարող է հենց այդպես օգտագործվել»:

Սակայն եթե Թուրքիայի դեպքում ամեն ինչ հասկանալի է, ապա Ֆրանսիայի կողմից արբանյակի փոխանցումը եւ՛ այդ ժամանակ, եւ՛ հիմա շարունակում է հարցեր առաջացնել:
