Հայտնաբերվել է 1283 աճյուն․ ԱԻՊԾ-ն ամփոփում է շաբաթը

ԱՀ ԱԻ պետական ծառայությունն ամփոփում է շաբաթը։

 

Ըստ այդմ՝ 2021 թվականի հունվարի 17-ից 24-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Արցախի ԱԻ պետական ծառայության ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնում ստացվել է 895 կանչ: Նախորդ շաբաթվա համեմատ վերջին 7 օրվա ընթացքում ավելացել են ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների և հրդեհների դեպքերը:

Արցախում տեղացած առատ ձյան պատճառով հանրապետության տարածքում գրանցված ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների վերաբերյալ ծառայությունը 4 կանչ է ստացել: ՃՏՊ հետևանքով տուժել է 4 քաղաքացի, մեկը՝ մահացել:

Արագ արձագանքման հատուկ ստորաբաժանման հերթապահ օպերատիվ խմբին հաջողվել է տուժած քաղաքացիներին հանել 80 մետր խորություն ունեցող ձորից և ցուցաբերել առաջին օգնություն: Նրանց վիճակը կայուն է:

Անցած շաբաթվա ընթացքում գրանցվել է հրդեհի 9 դեպք, որից 4-ը բնակելի շինությունում, մյուսները՝ սոց-կենցաղային նշանակության շինություններում, կամ բաց տարածքում: Հրշեջ փրկարարական հաշվարկները ժամանակին կատարել են հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներ: Հրդեհներից տուժածներ չկան:

Զենք-զինամթերքի հայտնաբերման, դրանց վնասազերծման կամ պահեստավորման գործընթացը շարունակվում է: Ծառայությունը վերջին 7 օրերի ընթացքում տարբեր տեսակի ռազմամթերքի հայտնաբերման վերաբերյալ ստացել է 68 կանչ: Փրկարար ծառայության սակրավորական ջոկատների հետ մեկտեղ, Արցախի տարածքը հավանական սպառնալիքներից մաքրելու գործընթացին են կցվել նաև «Հումանիտար ականազերծման կենտրոն հիմնադրամ»-ը, «Hello Trust» ոչ կառավարական ականազերծման կենտրոնը, ինչպես նաև ՌԴ ՊՆ սակրավորական ջոկատները:

Նշված ժամանակահատվածում գրանցված կենցաղային կանչերը 46-ն են: Հերթապահ օպերատիվ խմբերը բնակչությանն օգնելուց բացի (դռան կամ վերելակի բացում, հիվանդի տեղափոխում, ջրամատակարարում և այլ տեխնիկական օգնություն), կատարել են նաև խորհրդատվություն:

2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ից ծառայության ջոկատները Արցախի վերահսկողությունից դուրս գտնվող տարածքներում շարունակում են իրականացնել փրկարար-որոնողական աշխատանքներ: 2021 թվականի հունվարի 24-ի տվյալներով արդեն հայտնաբերվել է ընդհանուր՝ 1283 աճյուն:

Ռազմագործողությունների ընթացքում և դրանից հետո հումանիտար աշխատանքներում իրենց լավագույնս դրսևորած Մարտակերտի ՇԱԻ բաժնի մի խումբ փրկարարներ նախորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ծառայության տնօրեն գեներալ-մայոր Կարեն Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով արժանացել են գերատեսչական պարգևների:

ԱԻ պետական ծառայությունը շարունակում է գործառույթը ուժեղացված ռեժիմով, քանի դեռ Արցախում «Ռազմական դրություն» է:
