Արցախը գտնվում է շրջափակման մեջ, օրհասական է Քարվաճառի ավտոճանապարհի վերագործարկումը․ Թագուհի Թովմասյան

Վարդենիս-Քարվաճառ ավտոճանապարհը բացելու պահանջով քաղաքացիներն առաջիկայում նույնպես Դրմբոնի օրինակով ճանապարհներ կփակեն՝ իրենց բողոքը իշխանություններին լսելի դարձնելու համար։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 22-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց անկախ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը։

«Շատ բնակիչներ Մարտունու, Վարդենիսի, Ճամբարակի ինձ դիմել են, դժգոհություն են հայտնել ու նաեւ ասել են, որ պլանավորում են առաջիկայում փակել բոլոր հնարավոր ավտոճանապարհները եւ իրենց բողոքի ձայնը բարձրացնել, որպեսզի Հայաստանի իշխանությունը կարողանա, տեղից շարժվի ու բարձրաձայնի Վարդենիս-Քարվաճառ ավտոճանապարհի հարցը»,- նշեց նա։

Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ մինչ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փաստաթղթեր են ստորագրում տարածաշրջանային ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ, Արցախը մնում է շրջափակման մեջ։ Դա, հատկապես, խնդիրներ է ստեղծում այն քաղաքացիների համար, որոնք աշխատում են Արցախում եւ նախկինի փոխարեն պետք է մի քանի անգամ երկար ճանապարհից օգտվեն Արցախ հասնելու համար։

«Արցախը գտնվում է շրջափակման մեջ։ Շատ մարդիկ Արցախում են աշխատում՝ հանքարդյունաբերության, շինարարության։ Նախկինում 80 կմ էր ճանապարհը, տեղ էին հասնում, հիմա 300-400 կմ պետք է անցնեն։ Սա օրհասական խնդիր է, օր առաջ պետք է բարձրաձայնվի։ Հետպատերազմյան շրջանում ամենակարեւոր խնդիրներից պետք է լինի Քարվաճառի ավտոճանապարհի վերագործարկումը։  Այդ հարցը պետք է բարձրացված լիներ միջպետական մակարդակով եւ պետական կառույցների կողմից, ինչը չի արվել»,- ասաց նա՝ նշելով, որ այս հարցի առնչությամբ պատրաստվում է գրությամբ դիմել ԱԳՆ։ 

Քաղաքացիները, ըստ պատգամավորի, պատրաստվում են փակել կարեւոր նշանակության ճանապարհներ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ օրեր առաջ արցախցիներն էին այս պահանջով փակել Մարտակերտ-Վարդենիս ճանապարհը, որտեղով ադրբեջանական մեքենաներ են անցնում դեպի Քարվաճառ ռուսական խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ։

Պատգամավորը չցանկացավ մեկնաբանել Շուշիի վերաբերյալ վարչապետի հայտարարությունը՝ նշելով, որ Շուշին հայկական է, իր ամենասիրելի քաղաքներից։

Պատասխանելով հարցին՝ արդյոք պատասխանատվություն չի զգում պատերազմի եւ դրա հետեւանքների համար, պատգամավորը նշեց, որ ինքը պատասխանատվությունից թեեւ չի փախչում, բայց սովոր է պատասխանատվություն կրել այն բանի համար, ինչից տեղյակ է, այնինչ պատերազմում ընթացքում տեղի ունեցածն իր համար էլ բացատրություն չունի եւ այդ պատճառով է, որ իր դիրքորոշումն է հայտնել ու լքել իշխող խմբակցությունը։  

Թագուհի Թովմասյանը կարծիք հայտնեց նաեւ, որ ներկա քաղաքական գործընթացները ակնհայտորեն չեն կարող տանել վարչապետի փոփոխության։

«Երկու կողն էլ՝ իշխանությունը եւ ընդդիմությունը նահանջել են, ցավալիորեն պետք է շարունակենք մեր ունեցած իրավիճակում»,- նշեց նա։
