Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանում փոխում է խաղի կանոնները

Հայկական մամուլը արդեն օրեր շարունակ անդրադառնում է հայկական ներքաղաքական կյանքի նոր զարգացումներին: Մասնավորապես, մինչ գործող ընդդիմությունն ու իշխանությունը վիճարկում են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների գնալու մեխանիզմները, երկրում ընթանում են առավել նուրբ ու առավել խորքային պրոցեսներ. իր աջակից ուժերի հետ միասին նոր օրակարգ է ձևավորում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը:

Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմը ցույց տվեց, թե մեր անվտանգային համակարգում որքան կարևոր է ռուսական բաղադրիչը, և որքան կարևոր է նոր շունչ հաղորդել Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններին:

Այս դաշտում վերջին օրերին  հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում. նախ Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան կուսակցության ղեկավար Խաչիկ Ասրյանը հրապարակեց իր հայտնի չափորոշիչները, որտեղ նշեց, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնին հավակնող ցանկացած անձ նորանկախ Հայաստանի պատմության 30 տարիների ընթացքում պարտադիր պետք է հայտարարած լինի, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը միայն ու միայն պետք է լինի Հայ ազգի դարավոր բարեկամ, Հայաստանի միակ ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ:

Այդ հայտարարությունից քիչ անց ռուսաստանյան ալիքներից մեկը հրապարակեց հարցազրույց Խաչիկ Ասրյանի հետ, որտեղ առանցքային հայտարարություններից մեկը այդ նույն թեզն էր՝ «Հայոց արծիվներ» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց ազգի ապագան տեսնում են Ռուսաստանի հետ միասնական դաշինքի կազմում:

Հայտարարությունը բոլոր շրջանակներում ընկալվեց որպես նոր գործընթացի մեկնարկ և յուրահատուկ մեսիջ՝ հանրությանը՝ ՌԴ հետ սկսվում են ինտեգրման և Հայաստանի անվտանգության բարձրացման բոլորովին նոր օրակարգ, և Ասրյանի կուսակցությունը ՀՀ-ում ձևավորում է այդ օրակարգը:

Իսկ արդեն երեկ Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան կուսակցությունը ամբողջությամբ բացեց փակագծերը՝ հետպատերազմյան Հայաստանը միայն Ռուսաստանի հետ մեկ միասնական միութենական պետություն հիմնադրելով և այդ միության հզորացման միջոցով կարող է միշտ պաշտպանվել ինչպես արտաքին, այնպես էլ ներքին թշնամիներից և օրեցօր հզորանալ: Միայն Ռուսաստանի հետ միութենական պետության մեջ լինելով, ասել է թե՝ Սյունիքում և Արցախում Ռուսաստանի դաշնության ամենահզոր ռազմաբազաներ տեղակայելով և միասնական բանակ ունենալով մենք կկարողանանք միշտ պաշտպանել Հայաստանի ու Արցախի սահմանները, Հայ ազգի ազգային, քրիստոնեական և պատմական արժեքները:

Սա, թերևս, Խաչիկ Ասրյանի կողմից երկրում նոր, ռուսական բևեռ հիմնելու և դրա լոկոմոտիվը լինելու անթաքույց ակնարկ է, և կարող է նոր, բազմաքայլ կոմբինացիայի սկիզբը հանդիսանալ:

Ռուսաստանը, ըստ էության, հասկանալով, որ կարող է կորցնել իր հարավային ֆորպոստը, ցանկանում է փոխել Հայաստանի հետ խաղի կանոնները և երկրի կառավարումը հանձնել իր դաշնակիցներին:
