Սեյրան Օհանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ «ՀՀ Ազգային ժողով զրահաբաճկոնով և «զարմանալիորեն» առանց սաղավարտի ժամանած գերագույն վախկոտը, որն Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմում չի զորակոչվել՝ թաքնվելով իր եղբայրների հետևում, ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո ընդամենը նկարվել է խորը թիկունքում, իսկ երրորդ պատերազմում Արցախը «նվիրել» թուրքին, պատգամավորների հարցերին պատասխանելիս «մանևրում» էր՝ իր ձախողումները նորից բարդելով բանակի նախկին ղեկավարների վրա, չգիտես ինչու, անիմաստ անդրադառնալով առաջնագծի լարային արգելափակոցներին։

Վախեցած և բունկերներում ինքնամեկուսացած, զինվորի վարտիքի մեծագո՛ւյն մասնագետ, դու ի՛նչ գիտես՝ առաջնագիծն ինչ է, երբևիցե առաջնագծում եղե՞լ ես, որտեղ հակառակորդը 50 մետր հեռավորության վրա է կամ ավելի քիչ։

Այսօր աշխարհի ամենահագեցած, արդիական տեսադիտարկման համակարգերով համալրված սահմաններում անխտիր բոլոր ինժեներական սարքավորումների մաս են կազմում լարային արգելափակոցները, իսկ մեր պայմաններում՝ հատկապես լեռնաանտառային և կտրտված անտեսանելիության տեղանքներում, ձեռքի տակ եղած բազմաթիվ միջոցների ձայնային ազդանշանները փակել և հիմա էլ փակում են այն բացերը, որոնք չի կարող տեսնել ցանկացած դիտարկման սարք։

Դու չե՛ս գնա առաջնագիծ, որից ինժեներական առումով կահավորված 185 կիլոմետրը հանձնեցիր թուրքերին․ անկեղծ ասած, ո՛չ համարձակություն ունես, ո՛չ էլ այլևս իրավունք։ Բայց հարցրո՛ւ հրամանատարից ու զինվորից և կհասկանաս տեղում նրանց կողմից ստեղծագործված ազդանշանային լարային արգելափակոցների կարևորությունը։

Դու նաև գերեվարվածների հարցը անբարո կերպով փորձեցիր մանիպուլյացնել, այնինչ պարտավո՛ր էիր լուծել որպես ահաբեկիչ պահվող հայ զինվորականների, քաղաքացիների վերադարձի և անհետ կորածների հարցը։

Սակայն ազգային ժողովում էլի բարբաջեցիր դեղին մամուլի՝ չարախոսություն, բամբասանք տարածողի մակարդակից։
