Ֆրանսիան կոչ է արել ԱՄՆ-ին եւ Իրանին վերադառնալ 2015 թվականի միջուկային համաձայնագրին

Իրանի կողմից միջուկային զենքի ստեղծմանը խոչընդոտելու նպատակով չափազանց կարեւոր է, որ Թեհրանն ու Վաշինգտոնը վերադառնան 2015 թվականի միջուկային համաձայնագրին, հայտարարել է Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ Ժան Իվ Լը Դրիանը, հաղորդում է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:

«Թրամփի վարչակազմն ընտրել է այն, ինչն անվանել է Իրանի վրա առավելագույն ճնշման ռազմավարություն: Արդյունքում դա միայն մեծացրել է ռիսկն ու սպառնալիքը»,-ասել է Լը Դրիանը Journal du Dimanche թերթին տված հարցազրույցում:

Դիվանագետը կոչ է արել դադարել դա, քանի որ Իրանը գտնվում է միջուկային պոտենցիալ ձեռքբերելու գործընթացում:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ Լը Դրիանը հայտարարել է, որ, եթե անգամ երկու կողմերը վերադառնան գործարքին, դա բավարար չի լինի:

«Կպահանջվեն կոշտ քննարկումներ Իրանի կողմից բալիստիկ հրթիռների եւ տարածաշրջանում իրենց հարեւանների իրավիճակն ապակայունացնելու առնչությամբ»,-հավելել է նա:

Համատեղ համապարփակ գործողությունները ծրագիրը (ՀՀԳԾ) ընդունվել է 2015 թվականին ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ հինգ մշտական անդամների, Գերմանիայի եւ Իրանի միջեւ: 2018 թվականին ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է իրանական գործարքից դուրս գալու մասին: Մեկ տարի անց Իրանը սկսել է իր պարտավորությունների աստիճանական կրճատումը:

Եվրամիությունը հաստատել է իր հստակ դիրքորոշումն ու աջակցությունը ՀՀԳԾ-ին, ասված է ԵՄ դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Ժոզեփ Բորելի հայտարարության մեջ:

«Մենք ողջունում ենք ԱՄՆ ընտրված նախագահ Բայդենի դրական հայտարարությունները ՀՀԳԾ-ի վերաբերյալ եւ հույս ունենք համագործակցել ԱՄՆ նոր վարչակազմի հետ»,-հայտարարել են Բրյուսելում:

Գործարքում  ԱՄՆ-ի վերադարձը բավարար չէ. Վաշինգտոնը պետք է չեղարկի Իրանի դեմ սահմանված բոլոր պատժամիջոցները, հայտարարել է Իրանի ԱԳՆ Մոհամադ Ջավադ Զարիֆը:
