««Մեծ» գործակալի փոքրիկ օգնականները կամ Սահմանադրական դատարանի զավթումը

Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի թուրքական հատուկ ծառայություններին ծառայելու մասին տեղեկությունները հանրայնացնելուց հետո, կարծում եմ արժե ուշադրություն դարձնել մի քանի փաստերի վրա, որոնց համադրությունն ավելի ամբողջական պատկեր է ձևավորում։

Մասնավորապես, Արարատ Միրզոյանի ամուսնության կնքահայրն է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը, ով մինչև ԱԺ պատգամավոր ընտրվելը զբաղեցնում էր Սահմանադրական դատարանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը։ Նա միաժամանակ հանդիսանում է հակասահմանադրական գործընթացների հետևանքով ՍԴ նախագահի պաշտոնում «հայտնված», Վահե Գրիգորյանի և դավաճանական իշխանությունների սրտի դատավորի վերածված Արման Դիլանյանի երկրորդ ամուսնության կնքահայրը։

Հատկանշական է, որ Ազգային ժողովի կայքում իր ներկայացրած կենսագրության մեջ նա նշում է, որ 2002թ. ընդունվել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտի ասպիրանտուրան, իսկ 2015 թվականից Իրավաբանների համահայկական խորհրդաժողովի խորհրդին առընթեր «Հայոց ցեղասպանության իրավական հարցերի» գիտավերլուծական կենտրոնի համակարգողն է: 2018 թվականից՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան ինստիտուտի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ: Անդամակցում է Ցեղասպանագետների միջազգային ասոցիացիային (International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS))։

Արարատ Միրզոյանի կենսագրության այդ ժամանակաշրջանի և իր քավորի ու քավորի մյուս սանիկների ընդհանրությունները կարող են նոր լույս սփռել թուրքական գործակալական ցանցի բոլոր դերակատարների բացահայտման և նրանց ծրագրերի վրա։

Ի դեպ, չնայած այն բանին, որ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը նշում է իր իրավագիտության թեկնածու լինելու մասին, բայց նրա մասին տեղեկությունները բացակայում են ՀՀ բարձրագույն որակավորման կոմիտեի (ԲՈԿ-ի) կայքում տեղադրված Հայաստանի ատենախոսությունների էլեկտրոնային շտեմարանից (etd.asj-oa.am/): Իհարկե չեմ փորձել ուսումնասիրել գիտական աստիճանաշնորհման թուրքական աղբյուրները, քանզի, ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանի գիտական ուղղվածությունը վերաբերել է Հայոց Ցեղասպանության խնդիրներին։

Հավանաբար, հարգելով իր սանիկ Արարատ Միրզոյանի «Два в одном» կարգավիճակը, նա փորձել է շահել նաև թուրք գործընկերներին համակրանքը»:
