Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հեռացնելու 5-րդ տարբերակը

Գյումրիում ՀՅԴ ԳՄ անդամ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժման այցի շրջանակում ասել է, որ «ունենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հեռացնելու 4 ճանապարհ։ Առաջինը, եթե նա մտածեր պետության մասին, պետք է հրաժարական տար։ Երկրորդը, եթե Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը հասկանա, որ Փաշինյանին պաշտպանելով մաս է կազմում դավաճանության, հրավիրի Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ եւ պաշտոնանկություն անի։ Երրորդը, մենք արդեն դատախազությանը տվել ենք հաղորդում եւ պահանջում ենք, որպեսզի պետական դավաճանության հոդվածով մեղադրանք առաջադրվի եւ ձերբակալվի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Եւ չորրորդ տարբերակը կա՝ եթե կառավարության 2/3-ը՝ 10 նախարար հանդես գա նախաձեռնությամբ»։

 

Ամեն ինչ ճիշտ է, եւ հարց է առաջանում, թե այսքան տարբերակների առկայությամբ ինչու է շարունակում պաշտոնավարել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Հատկապես երկրորդ տարբերակն ամենահավանականն էր, եթե նոյեմբերի 9-ի թե 10-ի հայտարարությունից հետո անմիջապես աշխատանք տարվեր այդ ուղղությամբ, առավել եւս, որ առաջին իսկ օրն այդ գործընթացը կարծես թե սկսված էր: Փոխարենը տեղի ունեցավ Ազգային ժողովի ու Արարատ Միրզոյանի ջարդը, իսկ հետագա օրերին ընտրված հռետորաբանությունն ու սպառնալիքները պարզապես կանգնեցրին այդ ընթացքը, ստիպելով իշխող թիմին կոնսոլիդացիայի գնալ ընդհանուր վտանգի հանդիման:

 

Միեւնույն ժամանակ, կա մի կարեւոր հանգամանք՝ վերաբերմունքը նոյեմբերի 9-ի թե 10-ի հայտարարությանը: 17-ն անմիջապես ողջունեց այն, եւ հետաքրքիր է՝ այստեղ հավատում էին, որ Մոսկվային է՞լ ձեռնտու չէր այդ հայտարարությունը, եւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին շտապ փոխելու կարիք կա, թե՞ որ Մոսկվային խանգարում էր նրա «սորոսական» լինելը (դատելով շատ գործիչների հայտարարություններից՝ հենց այդպես էլ մտածում էին):

 

Մոսկվան ու անձամբ Պուտինը աջակցություն են հայտնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, միաժամանակ պահելով նրա դեմ սաստիկ քարոզչությունը, որի նպատակն առավել քան պարզ է: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության հիմքը ներկայում հենց եռակողմ համաձայնություններն են, եւ նրա պաշտոնավարումը շարունակվելու է ճիշտ այնքան, որքան պետք լինի ռուս-թուրքական համաձայնությունների կողմերին: Դրա համար բոլոր նախադրյալներն արդեն ստեղծված են:

Հայաստանի իշխանություն, պետականություն, ինքնիշխանություն եզրերը ներկայում խիստ պայմանական են, քանի դեռ Հայաստանը ենթարկած է եռակողմ համաձայնություններին, իսկ դրանց իրագործումից հետո լիովին իմաստազրկվելու են: Ազգային ժողովը, նախագահի աշխատակազմը, Սահմանադրական դատարանը եւ մյուս պետական կառույցները՝ նույնպես: Նույնը վերաբերում է նաեւ բոլոր այն կառույցներին ու միավորումներին, որոնք գործում են եռակողմ համաձայնություններին հավատարմության տրամաբանությամբ:

Այդ հարցը, ինչպես նաեւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին պաշտոնից հեռացնելու հարցը ազգային-պետական շահի տեսակետից կարող է լուծվել 5-րդ տարբերակով՝ միայն այդ համաձայնություններն ամբողջությամբ մերժելու: Այլապես, Հայաստանը վեր է ածվելու ոչ միայն ռուս-թուրքական, այլեւ միջազգային քաղաքականության սայլի 5-րդ անիվի:
