Նամականիշում բժշկական արտահագուստով մարդը քիմիական ախտահանման է ենթարկում Արցախը հայերից. Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը՝ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հերթական հայատյացության դեպքի մասին

Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից պետական մակարդակով խրախուսվող հայատյացության քաղաքականությունն ու Արցախում (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ) հայերի էթնիկ զտման փաստը հիմնավորվում է նոր զարգացումներով: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՄԻՊ մամուլի ծառայությունը։

«Մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանի տրանսպորտի, կապի և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությունը թողարկել է «Ադրբեջան 2020» փոստային նամականիշներ, որոնցից մեկը արցախահայության բնաջնջման բացահայտ քարոզ է։
Նամականիշում բժշկական արտահագուստով մարդը գործիքով քիմիական ախտահանման է ենթարկում Արցախը հայերից՝ բացահայտորեն այն ներկայացնելով որպես «կեղտ»:

Այս նամականիշը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի այն պնդումները, որ Ադրբեջանը վարում է հայերի ցեղասպանության քաղաքականություն ու դա անում է հենց էթնիկ պատկանելիության հիմքով, միայն այն պատճառով, որ Արցախում ապրող մարդիկ հայ են։

Պետական մակարդակով իրականացվող հայատյացության քարոզչությունը հետևողականորեն իրականացվում է տարիներ շարունակ։ Հենց այդ թշնամանքի քարոզի ու կազմակերպված հայատյաց քաղաքականության հետևանք են այն դաժանություններն ու խոշտանգումները, որոնք կատարել են պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ծառայողները էթնիկ հայերի նկատմամբ։
Այս ամենի խորքային պատճառները հիմնավորված են Հայաստանի և Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանների համատեղ հրապարակային զեկույցի ապացույցներով ու դրանց վերլուծությամբ («Ադրբեջանում կազմակերպված ատելության խոսքը և թշնամանքն էթնիկ հայերի նկատմամբ` որպես ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից էթնիկ հիմքով խոշտանգումների և անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի արմատական պատճառներ»):

Զեկույցը նաև ապացուցում է, որ հայատյացությունն Ադրբեջանում փակ շղթայի մեջ է՝ գեներացվում է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների, այդ թվում՝ բարձրագույն մարմինների կողմից, այնուհետև գրեթե նույն ձևակերպումներով լայնորեն օգտագործվում և խրախուսվում է մշակութային, սպորտային ու հանրային այլ գործիչների կողմից ու արժանանում հանրային գովասանքի՝ հաճախ թիրախում հատկապես ունենալով երեխաների:

Հենց այս ամենն է, որ անհրաժեշտ է նկատի ունենալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանների որոշման գործընթացի ժամանակ՝ երաշխավորելու համար հայերի կյանքի, ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիության իրավունքները»։
