Արցախում մեկնարկել են «Բյուջե - 2021» հանձնաժողովային քննարկումները

Հունվարի 14-ին տեղի է ունեցել Ազգային ժողովի արտաքին հարաբերությունների ու ֆինանսաբյուջետային և տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստը, որը վարել են Արթուր Հարությունյանը և Վահրամ Բալայանը:

Քննարկվել են «ԱՀ 2021թ. պետական բյուջեի մասին» օրենքի նախագծում նախատեսված՝ արտաքին քաղաքական գործունեության, զբոսաշրջության և տեղեկատվության ոլորտների ֆինանսավորման հարցերը:

Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանը, ներկայացնելով գերատեսչության պահպանման ծախսերը, նշել է, որ գալիք տարվա բյուջեով նախատեսվում է 838 մլն 561 հազ. դրամ և մանրամասնել հատկացումների հիմնական ուղղությունները: Մասնավորապես անդրադարձ է եղել օտարերկրյա պետություններում ԱՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչների 2021թ. համար նախատեսված 572 մլն 249 հազ. դրամ պահպանման ծախսին, որը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ավելացել է 34 մլն 841 հազ դրամի չափով՝ պայմանավորված արժույթների փոխարժեքների բարձրացմամբ: Նախարարը նաև պատասխանել է պատգամավորների առաջադրած հարցերին, որոնք հիմնականում վերաբերում էին անվտանգությանը, Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքին, արտաքին քաղաքականությանը, ԱՀ մշտական ներկայացուցչությունների գործունեությանը, նոր իրողությունների հետևանքից բխող հետագա անելիքներին:

ԱՀ էկոնոմիկայի և գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Աշոտ Բախշիյանը, ներկայացնելով գալիք տարվա զբոսաշրջության ծախսերը, նշել է, որ զբոսաշրջության զարգացման համար նախատեսվում է 10,0 մլն դրամ, նախորդ տարվա 28,0 մլն-ի համեմատ: Ըստ նախարարի՝ զբոսաշրջության հիմնական նպատակը լինելու է հետպատերազմյան ժամանակաշրջանում ոլորտի վերականգնումը, նոր իրավիճակից բխող ծրագրերի իրականացումը: Հիմնական շեշտադրումը կդրվի զբոսաշրջային գրականության տպագրության, զբոսաշրջային օպերատորների և լրագրողների ճանաչողական այցերի կազմակերպման, սոցցանցերում և artsakh.travel վեբ կայքի միջոցով խթանման աշխատանքներին: Նախարարը պատասխանել է պատգամավորների՝ ներքին զբոսաշրջությանն ու քարոզչական նյութերին առավել մեծ ուշադրություն սևեռելու և այդ ուղղությամբ ծախսերն ավելացնելուն ուղղված   հարցերին:

Համատեղ նիստում այնուհետև լսել են ԱՀ հանրային հեռուստառադիոընկերության խորհրդի նախագահ Արթուր Ներսիսյանին: Խորհրդի նախագահը առանձնացրել է ոլորտի ծախսային հիմնական ուղղությունները և պատասխանել պատգամավորների հարցերին:

«Ազատ Արցախ» թերթի պահպանման ծախսերը, խմբագիր Նորեկ Գասպարյանի խոսքով, 2021թ.-ին 2020թ  համեմատ փոփոխության չեն ենթարկվի՝ կազմելով 94 մլն 420 հազ. Դրամ: Թերթի խմբագիրը պարզաբանումներ է տվել թերթի հանրայնացման վերաբերյալ պատգամավորների հնչեցրած առաջարկություններին:

Նիստին ներկա էին նաև ԱԺ նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանը, ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Նորայր Ավանեսյանը:
