Դեժավյու-ն մանրամասներ է հայտնում պատերազմի օրերին վարչապետ-ԱԱԾ տնօրենի աշխատանքային հարաբերությունների մասին

Դեժավյու տելեգրամյան ալիքին որոշ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել պատերազմի օրերին վարչապետ-ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար աշխատանքային հարաբերությունների մասին։

Ըստ տելեգրամյան ալիքի՝ այդ մանրամասները չափազանց կարեւոր են՝  հասկանալու  եւ գնահատելու կատարվածի ողջ հանցավորությունը:

«Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, նոյեմբերի 7-ի երեկոյան, ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար  Միքայել Համբարձումյանը ռուսական կողմի հեռախոսազանգից տեղեկացել է, որ  ՌԴ-ից ՀՀ վարչապետին օրեր առաջ կոնկրետ կետային առաջարկություններ է արվել, այդ թվում` Արցախ խաղաղապահ զորք մտցնելու հետ կապված, սակայն վարչապետը ձգձգել է որոշում ընդունելը։ Ռուսական կողմը Միքայել Համբարձումյանին խնդրել է, որեւէ կերպ արագացնել  եւ որոշման մասին տեղեկացնել, նշելով , որ ժամանակ չկա եւ հնարավոր է  Ստեփանակերտը կորցնեք։ Միքայել Համբարձումյանը անմիջապես հեռախոսով  խոսել է  վարչապետի հետ, խնդրել՝ այդ հարցով շտապ ընդոունելություն: Ըստ աղբյուրի, նա բացատրել է վարչապետին , որ ռուսները սպասում են  շտապ պատասխանի, քանի որ այլեւս հապաղելու  ժամանակ չկա, սակայն վարչապետը  չի ընդունել ԱԱԾ պետի պաշտոնակատարին եւ փաստորեն չի քննարկվել առկա իրավիճակը: Միքայել Համբարձումյանը ստիպված ռուսներին փոխանցել է, որ վարչապետը իրեն չի ընդունում, բացի այդ` Հայաստանում հանրությունը տեղեկացված չէ իրենց  առաջարկություններից: Դրանից անմիջապես հետո, նա նույն օրը, կապ է հաստատել  «Իմ քայլ»-ի պատգամավորներից մեկի հետ ու հարցրել՝  արդյո՞ք իրենք տեղեկացված են ռուսների կոնկրետ առաջարկների մասին: Պարզվել որ «Իմ քայլ»-ում էլ տեղյակ չեն։ Խոսակցության ընթացքում պայմանավորվում են, որ առիթի դեպքում պատգամավորը այդ հարցը տա վարչապետին, իսկ եթե այդ օրը նախատեսված անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստը կայանա`  ինքը անձամբ բոլորի ներկայությամբ այդ հարցը կբարձրացնի: Այդ օրը ԱԽ նիստ չի գումարվում, իսկ հաջորդ օրը` նոյեմբերի 8-ին, ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնակատարը ազատվում է  աշխատանքից։  Ամենայն հավանականությամբ Միքայել Համբարձումյանը նախօրեին «5-րդ ալիքի» եթերում,  խուսափել է այս թեմայի մասին խոսելուց եւ մանրամասներ հայտնելուց»,- գրում է տելեգրամյան ալիքը։
