Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի մամուլի քարտուղար է նշանակվել «Ֆեյքերի» ՊՈԱԿ-ի` ՀՀ Զինված ուժերը վարկաբեկող աշխատակիցը

Այսօր ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի որոշմամբ վերջինիս մամուլի քարտուղար է նշանակվել Նժդեհ Հովսեփյանը:

Նժդեհ Հովսեփյանին կարելի է հիշել դեռևս 2020 թվականի հուլիսին Տավուշում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային բախումներից հետո «1in.am» լրատվականին տված հարցազրույցով: Հովսեփյանը այդ ժամանակ զբաղեցնում էր ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի «Հանրային կապերի և տեղեկատվության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի գլխավոր խորհրդականի պաշտոնը:

Ինչպես այն ժամանակ գրել էինք, «1in.am» լրատվականին տված հարցազրույցում և ոչ միայն, Նժդեհ Հովսեփյանը, աշխատելով պետական կառույցում, վարկաբեկող հայտարարություններ էր արել և շարունակում է անել ինչպես ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի, այնպես էլ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի մասին:

1in.am լրատվականն էլ իր հերթին հարցազրույցը տարածել էր հետևյալ խորագրով՝ «Փորձում են քաղաքական և ռազմական ղեկավարության միջև սեպ խրել և Խաչատուրովի միջոցով ռազմական հեղաշրջում իրականացնել», որը այնուհետև բարձրացած աղմուկի պատճառով խմբագրվել է. «Փորձում են քաղաքական և ռազմական ղեկավարության միջև սեպ խրել»:

Այսօր էլ Նժդեհ Հովսեփյանը շարունակում է ամեն ջանք գործադրել հանուն պարտված և կապիտուլյացիա ստորագրած իշխանության պահպանման:

Ստացվում է, որ ավելի վաղ ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի վերաբերյալ հերյուրանքներ տարածող պաշտոնյան այսօր նշանակվում է կապիտուլյացիոն հայտարարության պատասխանատվությունը կրող փոխվարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղարի պաշտոնում:

Հետաքրքիր է նաև Նժդեհ Հովսեփյանի գործունեությունը: ՊՈԱԿ-ում աշխատելու հետ զուգահեռ` Նժդեհ Հովսեփյանը, ինչպես նշված է վերջինիս ֆեյսբուքյան էջում, աշխատում է նաև «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» տեղեկատվական կենտրոնում որպես Պատմություն առարկայի պատասխանատու: Հովսեփյանը նաև բանախոսություններով է հանդես գալիս «Բաց հասարակության հիմնադրամների» հայաստանյան գրասենյակի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Բուն TV» հարթակում:

Ստացվում է, որ ՀՀ Զինված ուժերին վարկաբեկող, ընդդիմադիր գործիչներին հարվածող հայտնի «Ֆեյքերի ՊՈԱԿ»-ի նախկին աշխատակիցը հանգիստ նշանակվում է ավելի բարձր պաշտոններում, և այս փաստը Տիգրան Ավինյանի համար լիովին ընդունելի է:
