Գազի գինը կրկին կբարձրանա. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն»

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն» թերթը գրում է. «Հայաստանի համար գազի թանկացումը մոտ ապագայում առավել քան իրական է: Չնայած 2021 թ. Հայաստանի համար Ռուսաստանից գազի մատակարարման գինը չի փոխվել՝ կազմելով դարձյալ 165 դոլար 1000 խմ-ի դիմաց, սակայն այդ չփոխվելու մասով խոսքը միայն առաջին եռամսյակին է վերաբերում:

Ինչո՞ւ են մասնագետները համոզված, որ գազը թանկանալու է կրկին: Կրկին, որովհետև նախորդ տարվա հուլիսին դարձյալ բարձրացել էր սակագինը խոշոր սպառողի համար: Ըստ տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանի պարզաբանումների, գործող սակագնով բնակչության (կամ ամսական մինչև 10,0 հազար խորանարդ մետր սպառում ունեցող սպառողների) համար բնական գազի սակագինը 1 խմ-ի համար 139 դրամ է։ Գործող բնական գազի սակագնի հաշվարկի համար վերցվել է 2020 թ. պետբյուջեով ընդունված փոխարժեքը՝ 480 դրամ՝ 1 դոլարի համար։ «Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան տարեկան ներկրվում է շուրջ 2,2 մլրդ խմ գազ, որի համար վճարում ենք դոլարով՝ ինչպես ասացինք, 165  դոլար 1000 խմ-ի համար։

Խոշոր սպառողների համար բնական գազի սակագինը դոլարով է հաստատված և ամեն ամիս ճշգրտվում է փոխարժեքը: Իսկ  բնակչության համար սակագինը դրամով է սահմանված։ Ռուսաստանից ներկրվող գազի 2.2 մլրդ խմ-ի 0,7 մլրդ խմ-ն բնակչությունն է սպառում: Այսինքն՝ ներկրվող գազի ամբողջ ծավալի 31 տոկոսի հաշվարկը դրամով է՝ այդ տարվա պետական բյուջեով հաստատված փոխարժեքով։ Բայց... Նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո դրամը սրընթաց արժեզրկվեց 6,6 տոկոսով կամ 35 դրամով՝ կազմելով 525  դրամ 1 դոլարի համար։ Դրամի նման մեծ և երկարաժամկետ արժեզրկումը տնտեսական հիմքեր է ստեղծում «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերության համար՝ բնակչության համար ևս բնական գազի սակագնի վերանայման հայտ ներկայացնելու»,- նկատեց Սուրեն Պարսյանը։

Այո,  բնական գազի սակագնի վրա բազմաթիվ գործոններ են ազդում: Բայց և թանկացման նախադրյալներն էլ են լավ «աշխատում»»:
