Արցախի ՊԲ նախկին խոսնակը այսօրվա մասին

Քաղաքականության մեջ լինում են գործիչներ, որոնք իրենց քայլերն անում են ՝ հասկանալով դրանց հետեւանքները: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է Արցախի ՊԲ նախկին խոսնակ Սենոր Հասրաթյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Ասել է, թե նրանք հաշվարկել գիտեն: Բայց լինում են նաեւ այնպիսիները, որոնք գործում են պահի ազդեցության տակ՝ առանց խորհելու հետեւանքների մասին:

Առաջինի դեպքում որակումը՝ մտածելու ընդունունակությունն է եւ հեռատեսությունը, իսկ երկրորդի պարագայում՝ արտաքին գործոններով պայմանավորված ներքին մղումը, ասել է թե՝ մտածելու, նույնն է թե՝ հաշվարկելու անկարողությունը: Քայլերի հաշվարկ անում են նրանք, ովքեր խորապես ու համակողմանի տիրապետում են իրավիճակին, իսկ ներքին մղումով գործողներն ամեն ինչ անում են ստեղծելու անկառավարելի իրավիճակ:

Այսօր մեր ժողովուրդն ապրում է հենց այդ իրավիճակում՝ անկառավարելի, անորոշ ու անհաշվարկ...

Աբսուրդն այն է, որ վերջնական արդյունքում այս ամենի պատասխանատվության հասցեատեր է ոչ թե անհատ գործիչը, այլ հենց ինքը՝ ժողովուրդը՝ իր բոլոր հետեւանքներով հանդերձ...

Հ.գ.- Չմոռանանք, որ ժողովուրդն է ծնում անհատին, իսկ հետո նրանից ստեղծում գործիչ, ինչպիսին վայել է իրեն... Ցավով, բայց ասում եմ՝ դե, ուրեմն, կորցնելով ու տառապելով շարունակենք վայելել, եթե չենք ուզում ուշքի գալ»:
