Հունվարի 11-ին ստորագրվելիք փաստաթուղթը գաղտնի է պահվում. ինձ մոտ օբյեկտիվ կասկածներ են առաջանում, որ ՀՀ տարածքի զգալի մաս էլ են պատրաստվում հանձնել. Արսեն Բաբայան

Հունվարի 11-ին ստորագրվելիք փաստաթուղթը գաղտնի է պահվում. ինձ մոտ օբյեկտիվ կասկածներ են առաջանում, որ ՀՀ տարածքի զգալի մաս էլ են պատրաստվում հանձնել. Արսեն Բաբայան (տեսանյութը՝ քոմենթներում)
Երկու տարուց ավել այս իշխանությունը ասում էր` բանակցում ենք՝ ինչ ուզում ենք, ու մեզ չհարցնենք, թե ինչ ենք բանակցում: Մենք տեսանք, թե ինչ են բանակցել, և այդ բանակցությունների հետևանքներն ինչ ավարտ ունեցան, հիմա հստակ է՝ հունվարի 11-ին նա գնում է կա՛մ ինչ-որ բան բանակցելու, կա՛մ ստորագրելու: Այս մասին այսօր Արդարադատության նախարարության շենքի դիմաց լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց իրավապաշտպան, «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Արսեն Բաբայանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ քաղաքացիները և իրավապաշտպանները բողոքի ակցիա են անում Արդարադատության նախարարության դիմաց։ Նրանք պահանջում են հրապարակել հունվարի 11-ին Մոսկվայում ստորագրվելիք փաստաթուղթը։ Նրանք համոզված են, որ նախարարությունում է գտնվում և ընթացակարգեր է անցնում մի փաստաթղթի նախագիծ, որով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վավերացնելու է Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան հանրապետության տարածքները Ադրբեջանին ապօրինի հանձնելու գործընթացը:
«Այս պահին մեզ համար ամենաանվստահելի աղբյուրները պետական աղբյուրներն են, սա թողնենք մի կողմ: Իշխանությունը պարտավոր է մեզ տեղեկացնել, թե ինչի շուրջ են լինելու այդ բանակցությունները, կամ ինչ փաստաթուղթ են ստորագրելու: Շարունակում են գաղտնի պահել, և ինձ մոտ օբյեկտիվ կասկածներ են առաջացնում, որ ՀՀ տարածքի զգալի մաս էլ են պատրաստվում հանձնել, որովհետև ձեռագիրը նույնն է, և հետևանքը կլինի նույնը»,-ասաց նա:
Բաբայանը նշեց, որ ակնկալում են Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանի հետ հանդիպում, որի ժամանակ էլ կհնչեցնեն իրենց հուզող հարցերը, քանի որ ֆեյսբուքյան որևէ գրառում փաստացի պարզաբանում չէ:
«Այդ փաստաթուղթը պետք է ՍԴ-ով անցնի, ԱԺ-ի կողմից վավերացվի, հետևաբար, եթե նման փաստաթուղթ կա, դրան ծանոթանալուց հետո կհասկանանք, թե ՀՀ որ սահմաններն են հանձնվելու, կամ արդյոք չի պատրաստվում հանձնել: Շարունակվում է այն մոտեցումը, թե «ինչ ուզում ենք, բանակցում ենք»»,- շեշտեց Բաբայանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ եթե կասկածները ամրապնդվեն, հանրությունը շարունակելու է պահանջել այս իշխանության հրաժարականը, կարթնանան նաև այն մարդիկ, որոնք չէին ուզում հավատալ այս իշխանության կողմից տարածքներ հանձնելուն: Վերջինս շեշտեց, որ բոլորը պետք է դուրս գան ու պահանջեն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը:
