Ովքեր են «Իմ քայլից»17 պատգամավորները, որոնք պատրաստ են անվստահություն հայտնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին

Արցախում պարտություն կրած իշխանությունը կարծես թե մտադրություն չունի հրաժարական տալու, իսկ ժամանակին Սերժ Սարգսյանի հագով կարված սահմանադրությունը ոչ մի հնարավորություն չի տալիս այս իրավիճակից դուրս գալու՝ եթե սուպերվարչապետը հոժարակամ հեռանալու մտադրություն չունի:

Այս պահին իշխանափոխության քիչ թե շատ հնարավոր երկու տարբերակ կարող է լինել, առաջինը՝ խորհրդարանում ռազմական դրության վերացումից հետո վարչապետին անվստահություն հայտնելու գործընթացը, որին պետք է մասնակցի ԱԺ մեծամասնությունից գոնե 25-26 պատգամավոր:

Երկրորդ` գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից քրեական գործի հարուցումը և իշխող քաղաքական ուժի ղեկավարին կալանավորելու միջնորդություն ներկայացնելը:

Եթե 2-րդ տարբերակն անիրատեսական է, քանի որ քայլը կարող է նախաձեռնել մեկ անձ՝ Փաշինյանական իշխանություններին հավատարմորեն երկուսուկես տարի ծառայած Արթուր Դավթյանը, ապա առաջինն ավելի քան հնարավոր է, քանի որ պատգամավորների կոլեկտիվ պատասխանատվությամբ նման քայլ ձեռնարկելն ավելի ռեալ է։ Բայց կա մի խոչընդոտ՝ իշխող ուժը խորհրդարանում մեծամասնություն է, հետևաբար՝ անհրաժեշտ է, որ «Իմ քայլի» պատգամավորների մի մասն այս նախագծին կողմ քվեարկի, այսինքն՝ գիտակցի, որ մեր երկրին պետք է իշխանափոխություն եւ ամենակարեւորը՝ չվախենա:

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ «Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժման» անդամներն այս օրերին ակտիվ աշխատում են այդ ուղղությամբ, հանդիպում  պատգամավորների հետ, փորձում վստահեցնել,որ նրանք պատասխանատու չեն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ստորագրած փաստաթղթի համար, քանի որ անգամ տեղյակ չեն եղել դրա բովանդակությանը: Ինչպես ասաց մեր աղբյուրը, իշխող ուժից արդեն իսկ 17 պատգամավոր պատրաստ է անվստահություն հայտնել վարչապետին, սակայն նման ընթացակարգով պաշտոնանկության համար անհրաժեշտ է 26 ձայն: Այդ հանդիպումները հույժ գաղտնի են տեղի ունենում՝ ղեկավարի աչքից ու ականջից հեռու:

 

Մեզ ասացին, որ «Իմ քայլի» պատգամավորները խիստ վախեցած են անձնական հաշվեհարդարներից, որ Վարդան Աթաբեկյանին ահաբեկելու պատմությունը նստվածք է թողել և նրանք վստահ են, որ եթե դեմ քվեարկեն, իշխող ուժը միայն ահաբեկելով չի սահմանափակվի: Մի մասն էլ երկրից անվտանգ հեռանալու երաշխիքներ են խնդրել, քանի որ կարծում են, որ Հայաստանում այլևս անգամ փողոց դուրս գալ չեն կարող:
