Ժամը 12։00-ին՝ շտապ հավաք Արդարադատության նախարարության շենքի մոտ. Ռուբեն Մելիքյան

Ժամը 12։00-ին հրավիրվում է շտապ հավաք Արդարադատության նախարարության շենքի մոտ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 8-ին,  Ֆեյսբուքի ուղիղ եթերում հաղորդեց «Իրավական ուղի» ՀԿ համահիմնադիր Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը՝ նշելով, որ  Արդարադատության նախարարության շենքի առջև մեծաթիվ ոստիկանական ուժեր կան։ 

«Առավոտյան փոքր խմբով այստեղ եկանք, ինքնաբուխ հավաքի միջոցով մտադրություն ունեինք այստեղ հարցեր ուղղել Արդարադատության նախարարին՝ կապված  բավականին ճշմարտանման տեղեկությունների հետ, որոնք երեկ մամուլում տարածվել էին, թե հունվարի 11-ին ստորագրվելիք տեքստն արդեն պատրաստ  է եւ գտնվում է Արդարադատության նախարարությունում՝ գաղտնի ռեժիմով։ Դրա նպատակը որոշ դրույթների ՀՀ Սահմանադրության համապատասխանեցումն է։ Մենք տեսանք, որ այստեղ մեծաթիվ ոստիկանական ուժեր կան, որն ամրապնդեց մեր համոզմունքը, որ խնդիր կա եւ Արդարադատության նախարարությունում, ամենայն հավանականությամբ գտնվում է այդ նախագիծը»,- ասաց նա։ 

Ռուբեն Մելիքյանն ընդգծեց, որ ժամը՝  12։00-ին հավաք կանեն նախարարության մոտ, որի պահանջը կլինի տեղեկատվություն տալ այդ թեմայի առնչությամբ։ 

«Մենք այլեւս չենք ուզում ապրել արծրունական իրականության պայմաններում, երբ 44 օր հաղթում էինք, եւ մի օր էլ արթնացանք պարտված եւ խայտառակաված իրավիճակում։ Մենք պահանջում ենք տեղեկատվություն՝ ի՞նչ պայմանագրի մասին է  խոսքը, ի՞նչ ենք մենք զիջում եւ այլն»,- նշեց Մելիքյանը։
