Սիրելի ՛ հայրենակիցներ, Արցախի և Սփյուռքի իմ շատ սիրելի քույրեր և եղբայրներ…Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձը

 

Րոպեներ անց 2020 թվականը պատմություն կդառնա: Ցավոք, մեր պետականության տարեգրության մեջ այն կմնա որպես անդառնալի կորուստների, անմարդկային ցավի և աննկարագրելի հիասթափությունների տարի: 2020 թվականը սկսվեց կորոնավիրուսային ճգնաժամով, ավարտվեց Արցախյան պատերազմով և քաղաքական անկայունությամբ: Նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթղթով ապաշնորհ իշխանությունները թշնամուն հանձնեցին Արցախի 75 տոկոսը:
Մեր հայրենիքի, մեր Արցախի տարածքների մեծամասնությունն այլևս թշնամուն են պատկանում: 44-օրյա պատերազմում հավերժի ճամփորդ դարձան մեր լավագույն հայորդիները, 5000-ից ավելի տան ճրագ մարեց, խեղվեցին 10.000-ից ավելի ճակատագրեր, որբացան հազարավոր մանուկներ: Մենք պարտավոր ենք մշտապես ոգեկոչել մեր հերոսների հիշատակը, որոնք հանուն հայրենիքի նվիրաբերեցին ամենաթանկը, որն ունեին՝ կյանքը: Հավերժ փա՛ռք ու հավերժ խոնարհում ձեզ տղե՛րք: Դո՛ւք անմահացել եք հանուն հայրենիքի փրկության, բայց, ցավոք, ձեր արյան գնով անգամ հնարավոր չեղավ պաշտպանել ու պահպանել Արցախը: Մեր պարտքը ձեր առջև մեկն է՝ վերադարձնել կորցրած հաղթանակը, հայի հպարտությունը, ձեր երեխաներին դարձնել հաղթանակած սերնդի հետևորդներ: Այսօր ես չեմ ուզում խոսել քաղաքական սխալների, կայացված ապազգային ու դավաճանական որոշումների մասին: Վստահաբար, մենք դեռ շատ առիթներ ենք ունենալու այս ամենի մասին խոսելու համար: Ցավոք, 2020 թվականը մենք ճանապարհում ենք բազմաթիվ չլուծված խնդիրներով, անհետ կորած մեր հազարավոր հայրենակիցների ու ռազմագերիների ճակատագրերի անորոշությամբ, անտուն ու անհայրենիք մնացած մոտ 40 հազար մեր արցախցի հայրենակիցների դժվարին ու բարդ իրավիճակով, հանրության տարբեր շերտերի՝ այդպես էլ չփարատված մտահոգություններով։ Առկա բոլոր խնդիրներն, իհարկե, հնարավոր է լուծել, եթե լինի քաղաքական բավարար կամք և դրանք հաղթահարելու վճռականություն։ Ես միշտ ասել եմ, որ անլուծելի և անհաղթահարելի խնդիրներ չկան, ընդամենը պետք է անմնացորդ սեր առ հայրենիք… Այո՛, մեր հայրենիքն այսօր վիրավոր է, բայց մենք բոլորս միասին պետք է ոտքի կանգնեցնենք ու շենացնենք այն: Միասին պետք է պայքարենք, որպեսզի հանկարծ մեր սերունդներն անհայրենիք չմնան: Միասին պետք է պայքարենք ու միասին պետք է նորից հաղթենք…
Ամանորի այս գիշերը ես ունեմ ընդամենը մեկ նվիրական երազանք… Ես ուզում եմ, որ գալիք տարին խաղաղություն բերի մեր երկրին, որպեսզի բոլոր անհետ կորած մեր հայրենակիցները վերադառնան իրենց տուն, որպեսզի բոլոր հայ օջախներում մանկան նոր ճիչ լսվի, որպեսզի հայ մայրերի դեմքին նորից ժպիտ ու հույսի շող հայտնվի: Այսօր մեր հայրենիքը չափազանց բարդ ժամանակներ է վերապրում, բայց ես վստահ եմ, որ հայ ժողովուրդը փյունիկի պես վեր է հառնելու, ստեղծելու և արարելու է, նոր տուն է կառուցելու, նոր ծառեր է տնկելու, նոր զավակներ է ունենալու…
Դա է հայի տեսակը… դա է հայի ճակատագիրը… դա է հայ լինելը…
