Պատերազմից կարող էինք խուսափել, եթե ճկուն քաղաքականություն վարեինք ՌԴ-ի հետ, հարևան Իրանի հետ, բայց ՀՀ քաղաքական իշխանությունը, ի դեմս Փաշինյանի, սխալ քաղաքականություն էր վարում․ Վ․ Բալասանյան

Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը Հայաստանում հանդիպումներ է ունեցել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետի, պաշտպանության նախարարի հետ, ՀՀ-ի և Արցախի զինված ուժերի ապագա համագործակցության հարցերն են քննարկվել, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպում չի եղել։

Այդ մասին Արցախի հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել է Վիտալի Բալասանյանը։

Անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ հնարավո՞ր էր խուսափել պատերազմից, Վիտալի Բալասանյանը դրական պատասխան է տվել։

«Պատերազմից կարող էինք խուսափել մեր վարած քաղաքականությունով, բայց Հայաստանի քաղաքական իշխանությունը, ի դեմս Փաշինյանի, սխալ քաղաքականություն էր վարում, անհրաժեշտ էր, որ Արցախի Հանրապետությունն իր սեփական քաղաքականությունը վարեր՝ իհարկե համաձայնեցնելով ՀՀ-ի քաղաքական և ռազմական վերնախավի հետ, ցավոք, մենք չկարողացանք դա անել և 2020-ի ընտրությունից հետո Արցախի սուբյեկտայնության խնդիրը կար։ Պետք է ամեն ինչ անեինք, որ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը որպես սուբյեկտ կայանար»,-ասել է նա։

Վիտալի Բալասանյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ-ի քաղաքական իշխանության վարած քաղաքական իշխանության վարած սխալ քաղաքականության այլընտրանքը պատերազմն էր, իսկ պատերազմից հնարավոր էր խուսափել, եթե մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններն ավելի բարվոք լինեին։

«Մենք պետք է ճկուն քաղաքականություն վարեինք մեր հարևան Իրանի հետ, ՌԴ-ի հետ, որը միշտ մեր բարեկամական, ռազմավարական գործընկերն է եղել, բայց մենք չկարողացանք։ Դա մեծ պատասխանատվություն է ՀՀ-ի իշխանության համար»,-ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ իր կարծիքով Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար դեռ ամեն ինչ կորսված չէ։

«Արցախի հանրապետության տարածքն այժմ ավելի վատ վիճակում չէ, քան 1991, 92, 93 թվականի հունիսին, այսօր պետք է ճիշտ վերլուծություն անենք, դասեր քաղենք և սկսենք թե՛ ռազմական, թեթ քաղաքական գործընթացը ՀՀ-ի հետ,ՌԴ-ի հետ՝ կոնկրետ որպես սուբյեկտ հանդես գալով»։

Խոսելով նոյեմբերի 9-ին Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի կողմից ստորագրված փաստաթղթի մասին՝ նա հիշեցրեց, որ այդ փաստաթղթում Արցախը, որպես սուբյեկտ, չկա։

Բալասանյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ՌԴ իշխանությանը, որը, իր խոսքով, ամեն օր փորձել է կանխել պատերազմը։
