Այդ ջերմեռանդությամբ փորձեիք իրականությունը փոխել․ Լուսինե Բադալյանը՝ առողջապահության փոխնախարարին

Պետական բյուջեի՝ առողջապահական համակարգի վրա ծախսերի ավելացումը չի բերել ծառայությունների հասանելիության կամ որակի բարձրացման։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 28-ին, ԱԺ-ում հայտարարեց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լուսինե Բադալյանը՝ դիմելով առողջապահության փոխնախարար Լենա Նանուշյանին։

«Սիրելի փոխնախարար, բավականին շատ թվեր ներկայացրիք՝ հաճախ իրար հակասող, հաճախ շատ վստահ բաներ եք ասում, վստահ եմ՝ հանրությունն էլ ձեր վստահությունից ոգեշնչվում է, բայց Ազգային ժողովի յուրաքանչյուր պատգամավոր ապացուցողական փաստերի վրա է հիմնվում։ Նախանձելի ջերմեռանդությամբ եք դուք այս օրենքը վերջին 2 տարվա ընթացքում արարում, ներկայացնում և դրա համար պայքարում։ Բայց ես շատ ուրախ կլինեի, եթե դուք այդ ջերմեռանդությամբ այլ իրականությանը վերաբերվեիք և փորձեիք փոխել։ Բոլորի համար պարզ է, որ պետական բյուժեի ծախսերն առողջապահական համակարգի վրա 2019 թվականին ավելացել են։ Այդ ավելացումը որևէ փոփոխություն չի բերել և նույնիսկ կան մի շարք բաներ, որտեղ վատթարացումներ է բերել։ Մահացության թիվը 2 %-ով աճել է, 2020 թվականի մասին չեմ ասում, քանի որ դա պայմանավորված էր կորոնավիրուսով։ Նորագոյացությունների պատճառով մահերն աճել են 4 %-ով։ Այստեղ գիտեմ՝ անպայման կպնդեք, որ ծխելու հետևանք է։ 2019 թվականի մայրական մահացությունների թիվը կազմել է 33․2 պրոմիլ՝ լինելով ամենաբարձրը նախորդ 5 տարիների համեմատ։ Չնայած առողջապահական համակարգին հատկացված գումարների ավելացմանը՝ ծառայությունների հասանելիությունը փոփոխության չի ենթարկվել։ Փակվել են ծննդատներ և ծառայության որակի բարելավման վերաբերյալ նույնպես փոփոխություններ չկան։ Այս ջերմեռանդությունն իմ կողմից ընդունելի չէ»,- ասաց Լուսինե Բադալյանը։
