Ես գիտեմ՝ Շուշիում ինչ է կատարվել, և դրա պատասխանները պահանջելու եմ. Վլադիմիր Գասպարյան

Գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարը երբ պարտվում է, պետք է գնա՝ անկախ ամեն ինչից։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, Սուրբ Գայանե եկեղեցու բակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ նախկին ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը։

Անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու առաջարկին՝ նախկին ոստիկանապետն արձագանքեց. «Ինչ արտահերթ ընտրություններ, վերջացրեք։ Քաղաքակիրթ ճանապարհներ շատ կան, այդ թվում նաեւ դա է, բայց ես չեմ կարծում, որ այս պարագաներում այս իշխանությունները կարող են անցկացնել նորմալ ընտրություններ»։

Հարցին, ըստ իրեն, ուժային կառույցներն ինչպիսի՞ վերաբերմունք պետք է դրսեւորեն, հաշվի առնելով նաեւ կառույցներից կադրերի արտահոսքին, Գասպարյանն ասաց. «Ովքեր չեն կարողանում դիմանալ տխմարություններին, ուրեմն թող գնան։ Կարծում եմ, որ ուժային կառույցները պետք է լինեն իրենց տեղում եւ գործեն օրենքի սահմաններում»։

Հարցին, ըստ իրեն, արդյոք ոստիկաններն ապօրինի հրաման կատարո՞ւմ են, Գասպարյանն ասաց. «Ես կարծում եմ, որ նույնիսկ քմահաճույքներ են կատարում»։

Անդրադառնալով Եռաբլուր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այցին եւ այնտեղ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին՝ նախկին ոստիկանապետն այսպես մեկնաբանեց. «Այլանդակություն, լկտիություն, էշություն»։

Խոսելով ոստիկանների՝ պատերազմ տանելու առնչությամբ վերջին օրերի աղմկահարույց տեղեկություններին՝ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանն ասաց, որ ինքն այդ հարցում պահանջատեր է.

«Ես եղել եմ այնտեղ, ես գիտեմ՝ ինչ է այնտեղ կատարվել։ Դրա պատասխանները պահանջելու եմ ուշ, թե շուտ. կարծում եմ՝ շուտ։ Չէի ասի՝ խաբեությամբ տարել են։ Բանակը կորցրել էր իր կառավարումը, չէր կառավարվում, որովհետեւ երբ սպաների, գեներալների գործունեության մեջ քաղաքացիներ են մտնում եւ քմահաճույքներ են իրականացնում, մարդկանց հոգին փառավորվում է, երբ ոստիկաններ են ծեծում, դա այդ հոգուն փառավորվելու շարունակությունն է։ Ինձ պետք է պատասխան տան, որովհետեւ իմ տղաներն եմ։ Երկար տարիներ նրանց հետ եմ եղել. Շուշիի մշակույթի կենտրոնը, Շուշիի խաչմերուկում տեղի ունեցածը եւ այլն»։

Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանն ասաց, որ զոհված ոստիկանների իրական թիվը թաքցվել է. «Ավելին ասեմ, դեռ գլխներին խփած, որ թաքցրել են, բայց որ այդ տղաներին առանց ռազմական զինվորական հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու, գողտագողի են հուղարկավորել, կարծում եմ՝ ամբողջ համակարգի համար պետք է վիրավորական լինի։ Նույնիսկ անունները չեն ասել»։

Անդրադառնալով այն տեղեկություններին, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ Արցախը հանձնելու համար 5 միլիարդ դոլարի առաջարկություն է արվել Ադրբեջանի կողմից, Գասպարյանն ասաց. «Ես գիտեմ, որ 6 միլիարդ է, գիտեմ, որ դեռ Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի ժամանակ այդ 6 միլիարդի խոսակցությունը եղել է, եղել է եւ երկրորդ, եւ երրորդ նախագահների ժամանակ։ Դրան հավատալ կամ չհավատալու խնդիր չկա, պետք է քննություն լինի։ Ակնկալում եմ, որ Դատախազությունը պետք է ղեկավարվի օրենքով, այլ ոչ թե քմահաճույքներով»։
