«Ջրից չոր դուրս գալու նուրբ արվեստը». Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը ԱԱԾ-Քննչական կոմիտե «տրանզիտի» մեջ է

Օրվա թոփ թեման Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության օրոք Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի հերթական «ազատում-նշանակում» օպերացիան է։ Բանն այն է, որ վերջինս երեկ Փաշինյանի կողմից կրկին նշանակվեց Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ։ Նա ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնից ազատվել էր հոկտեմբերի 8-ին, որտեղ  պաշտոնավորեց շատ կարճ` ընդամենը 4 ամիս։ Ասել է, թե Քյարամյանը ԱԱԾ-Քննչական կոմիտե «տրանզիտի» մեջ է։ 

Քյարամյանի նշանակումը համացանցում տարատեսակ քննարկումների առիթ է տվել։ Ոմանք գտնում են, որ նա կապված է որոշ իրադարձությունների հետ և պատասխանատվության ենթարկվելու փոխարեն, փաստորեն, վերանշանակվում է։ Պատերազմի ավարտից հետո «Ազգային անվտանգություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանը հայտարարեց, որ անձնագրային բաժանմունքների ղեկավարների միջոցով 1400 հայկական անձնագիր է բաժանվել հայերեն իմացող ադրբեջանցիների, ինչն ապահովել է ԱԱԾ` այն ժամանակվա տնօրեն Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը: ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնից նրա ազատումը կապվում է հենց այս հանգամանքի հետ։ Սակայն, թե ինչու Փաշինյանը որոշեց Քյարամյանին կրկին նշանակել պաշտոնի, այլ խոսակցության թեմա է։ Ըստ շրջանառվող լուրերի` նա՝ Քյարամյանը, պատերազմի օրերին գտնվելով Արցախում՝ տիրապետում է բազմաթիվ ինֆորմացիաներին և այս նշանակումով Փաշինյանը փորձում է հարաբերությունները չլարել նրա հետ, որպեսզի հարկ եղած դեպքում չբարձրաձայնի ներքին խնդիրների մասին։ 

Այսպիսով՝ համացանցային քննարկումներից պարզ է դառնում, որ բոլորին հետաքրքրում է երկու հարց, թե ինչո՞ւ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը պատերազմի ամենաթեժ օրերին ազատվեց ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնից, ի՞նչ անելու կամ չանելու համար, և ինչո՞ւ հետո գործուղվեց Քննչական։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը այս իշխանության օրոք բազմաթիվ պաշտոններ ստանձնեց․ նախ նշանակվեց ՊՎԾ պետի տեղակալ, այնուհետև մեկ օրով Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ, որից հետո ազատվեց պաշտոնից և նշանակվեց ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ: Իսկ ահա արդեն 2 ամիս առաջ այս պաշտոնից ազատվելով՝ երեկ կրկին գնաց Քննչական։
