Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձը Իլհամ Ալիևին ծննդյան օրվա կապակցությամբ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ծննդյան 59-րդ ամյակի կապակցությամբ շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին: Ուղերձը` ստորև.

«Մեծարգո՛ Իլհամ Հեյդարի,

Սրտագին բարեմաղթանքներով շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ` ծննդյան տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ:

2018 թվականի Թավշյա, ոչ բռնի, ժողովրդական հեղափոխությունից հետո գալով իշխանության` ես պատրաստակամություն հայտնեցի սպասարկելու Ձեր շահերը և վաճառել այն պետությունը և հայրենիքը, որն ինձ էր վստահվել ամբոխի օգնությամբ:

Անցնող երկու տարիների ընթացքում ես արել եմ ամեն հնարավորը Ձեզ օգնելու համար. վարկաբեկել եմ Ձեր նախորդներին հաղթած ու Ղարաբաղը գրաված գեներալներին, ձերբակալել եմ նրանց, դատարանի առջև եմ կանգնեցրել Հայաստանի նախագահներին, որոնք Ձեզ հաղթել էին, Թավշյա հեղափոխությունը կարևորել եմ Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմից, պայմանավորվել եմ Ձեզ հետ` Հայաստանում ամրանալու ու ընդդիմությանը ճնշելու համար, անօգուտ զենքեր, ռազմական տեխնիկա և ավիացիա եմ գնել, որոնք այդպես էլ չօգտագործվեցին, ի դեպ:

Ուզում եմ հավաստիացնել, որ մեզ` իմ և իմ քաղաքական թիմի համար, Ղարաբաղը գրավյալ տարածք է, եթե կուզեք` նույնիսկ օկուպացված, որը դուք ազատագրել եք: Եվ ես ՁԵր երազանքը իրականացնելու համար նույնիսկ չեմ խնայել 5000 զինծառայողի կյանք, տասնյակ հազարավորների հաշմանդամ եմ դարձրել, հարյուրավոր գերիներ եմ տվել, անհայտ կորածներ կան:

Այս երկու տարիների ընթացքում ինձ հաջողվեց կտրել Ղարաբաղը Հայաստանից. նշանակել եմ իմ կամակատարին, իշխանությունից հեռացրել եմ բոլոր հաղթած ու օկուպանտ գեներալներին, արել եմ սադրիչ հայտարարություններ, որոնց օգնությամբ մեզ հաջողվեց վերջապես տապալել բանակցային գործընթացը և «Գյոռբագյոռում» թաղել Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հաջողությունները:

Ձեր ծննդյան կապակցությամբ, ինչպես և խոստացել էի նախապես, Ձեզ եմ նվիրում նաև հայերի փառապանծ Սյունիքի հարավային դարպասները, Շուռնուխը և Որոտանը: Հույս ունեմ` այս նվերը ևս Ձեր սրտով է:

Համոզված եմ, որ Դուք փառքով եք պսակել և ոսկե տառերով եք գրելու Ձեր և իմ անունները Ադրբեջանի պատմության մեջ:

Ընդունեք նաև իմ տիկին Աննայի ջերմագին շնորհավորանքները: Նա պատրաստակամ է կարիքի դեպքում բարոյական աջակցություն ցուցաբերել Ձեզ և Ձեր ընտանիքին, ինչպես նաև անհամբերությամբ սպասում է Ադրբեջանի առաջին փոխնախագահ, հարգարժան տիկին Մեհրիբան Ալիևայի հրավերին` թեյ խմելու և մուղամ լսելու Շուշայում:

Եվս մեկ անգամ ընդունեք մեր ընտանիքի և անձամբ իմ ի խորոց սրտի շնորհավորանքները: Հույս ունեմ, որ սա մեր սերտ բարեկամության միայն սկիզբն է:
