Սիսիանն ունի 30 486 բնակիչ, վարչապետի հետ հանդիպմանը եղել է առավելագույնը 400-ը՝ 1,5 տոկոս․ Սիսիանի քաղաքապետ

Ես այստեղ եմ, որ ասեմ՝ անարդարություն է տեղի ունենում մեր երկրում. Այսօր Քաջարանի քաղաքապետը գտնվում է Քննչական կոմիտեում, Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանը ժամը 5-ին պետք է ներս կհրավիրվի։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 23-ին, Քննչական կոմիտեի դիմաց լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Սյունիքի Սիսիան համայնքի ղեկավար Արթուր Սարգսյանը։

«Առուշանյանի գործը, որ այսօր պետք է քննվի, հարուցվել էր դեռևս 2 տարի առաջ։ Ես՝ որպես Սիսիան համայնքի ղեկավար, կողմնակից եմ արդարությանը, եթե Առուշ Առուշանյանը հանցանք էր գործել, պետք է երկու տարի առաջ կալանավորվեր։ Մանվել Փարամազյանին առնչվող, մեծ աղմուկ հանած գործն էլ եղել էր 6 ամիս առաջ, նա պետք է կալանավորված լիներ, այնինչ նա այդ ժամանակ վկայի կարգավիճակ էլ չի ունեցել, իսկ այսօր արդեն մեղադրանք են առաջադրել»,-նշեց նա։

Սիսիանի քաղաքապետն ընդգծեց, որ Սյունիքի 7 համայնքների ղեկավարներով հայտարարություն են արել, որով պահանջում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և կառավարության հրաժարականը։

«Երբ Փաշինյանը եկավ Սյունիք, կարող էինք փակել հենց Սիսիանի մուտքը, որ նա չմտներ, բայց միտումնավոր թողել ենք, որ մտնի։ Հիմա, որ բոլորը հիացած են այդ հանդիպումից, նկարները կան, կարող եք հաշվել՝ քանի մարդ է եղել։ Եղել է 280 մարդ, որից 80-ը՝ վարչապետի անվտանգությունը, բայց վարչապետին զեկուցած տվյալներով՝ 400 մարդ է եղել։ Հաշվենք՝ այդպես է, Սիսիանն ունի 30 486 բնակիչ, 24 000 ընտրող, որից վարչապետի հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել 400-ը՝ 1,5 տոկոս։ Եթե վարչապետի համար 1,5 տոկոսը ողջունելի է, մենք էլ ենք ողջունում։ Ես՝ որպես համայնքի ղեկավար, եթե իմանայի՝ այդքան քիչ մարդ է գալու, իմ համակիրներին կհրավիրեի այնտեղ, որ գոնե 2 տոկոսը դզվեր»,-ասաց Արթուր Սարգսյանը:
