2021-ին Երեւանի բյուջեում հարկային եկամուտները 41 տոկոսով ավելի կլինեն. «մեղավորը» գույքահարկի բարձրացումն է

Երեւանի ավագանու նիստում քննարկվում է Երեւանի 2021 թվականի բյուջեն, որը ներկայացրեց փոխքաղաքապետ Սերգեյ ներսիսյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ 2021 թվականի համար Երեւանի բյուջեն կունենա հետեւյալ տեսքտ.

Եկամուտների գծով 92 420 288 700 դրամ

Ծախսերի գծով 100 776 765500 դրամ

Դեֆիցիտը՝ 8 356 476 800 դրամ:

Սեփական եկամուտները կկազմեն շուրջ 30,7 մլրդ դրամ:

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ 2020-ի բյուջեն հաստատված է եղել 107 մլրդ 146 մլն 776 հազար 500 դրամ:

2021 թվականի բյուջեի եկամուտները 2019-ի բյուջեի փաստացի հավաքագրված եկամուտների ցուցանիշը գերազանցում է 23 տոկոսով:

Քանի որ հունվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտնում գույքահարկի մասին օրենքի փոփոխությունները, որոնցով գույքահարկը բարձրանում է, դրա արդյունքում 2021 թվականի բյուջեում հարկային եկամուտները 2019-ի փաստացի հավաքագրված հարկային եկամուտներից ավել են շուրջ 41 տոկոսով:

Փոխքաղաքապետը նաեւ նշեց, որ ՀՀ բյուջեից ֆինանսական համահարթեցման սկզբունքով տրամադրվող դոտացիաները կկազմեն 13 մլր դրամ, ինչպես նախորդ տարի:
