«Ռուստամ Գասպարյանը, որը զոհվեց իր որդու հետ, շտապում էր Երեւան՝ հաշվեհարդար տեսնելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ». Բագրատյանը՝ «դավաճանական ծրագրի» մասին

«Կան բացահայտ սխալներ Շուշիի դեպքում, բայց կան նաեւ դավաճանական դրվագներ, ընդհուպ մինչեւ խոշոր գումարի մասով հակառակորդի հետ պայմանավորվելու խնդիր: Առնվազն երկու մարդու նկատմամբ ես տեսնում եմ դավաճանական լուրջ հիմքեր: Առաջինը եւ հիմնականը, իհարկե, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է»,- այսօր «Հայելի» ակումբում հրավիրած ասուլիսում հայտարարեց «Ազատություն» կուսակցության նախագահ, ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը:

Նա մեղադրում է Փաշինյանին, որ ձեռքի տակ զենք է ունեցել ու չի օգտագործել. «Խոսքը մասնավորապես մեր միջուկային թափոնների մասին է, որը մի ժամում կարող էր կանգնեցնել ադրբեջանա-թուրքական բանակի առաջընթացը: Չի արել: Ասվել է իրեն այդ մասին: Չգիտեմ ինչի չի արվել…Երբ որ ես սեպտեմբերի 28-ին Ղարաբաղում էի, Ղարաբաղի ղեկավարությունը նստած՝ գիշերը ես ասել եմ՝ ունեք մի խնդիր, հեռացրեք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, մենք այստեղ չունենք ադրբեջանական բանակի խնդիր: Նրանք արդեն զգացել էին, թե ինչ են անում ԱԹՍ-ները: Կարող են վկայել, որ ես դա ասել եմ Ղարաբաղի ամբողջ ղեկավարության ներսում: Նրանք ասել են՝ այնուամենայնիվ, եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գնա, հակառակորդը շարունակի գրոհը, այս կրակը, որ թափում է երկնքից, շատ հստակ ունենք պաշտպանության ծրագիր: Վերջապես մենք ունենք մի բան, որ հակառակորդը չունի: Սրանից արդեն դավաճանության հոտ է գալիս: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դավաճանության հոդվածը կապված է նաեւ նրա հետ, որ ինքը հյուսիսը պահում է, հարավում կարծես պայմանավորվածություն ուներ՝ հարավով կգան, սիրուն կմտնեն Շուշի, այնտեղ կկանգնեն: Հարավում անընդհատ ասել է նահանջեք, ընդ որում, շատ հախուռն է կազմակերպել այդ նահանջը. Մի զորամաս մտել է մի զորամասի թիկունքը՝ ստեղծելով խուճապ: Մեր ունեցած նախնական տեղեկություններով, Ռուստամ Գասպարյանը, որը զոհվեց իր որդու հետ, շտապում էր Երեւան՝ հաշվեհարդար տեսնելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ: Այդպիսի արտահայտություններ եղել են նաեւ գործող կենդանի հրամանատարների կողմից»:

Հրանտ Բագրատյանը, որպես «Փաշինյանի դավաճանական ծրագրի» ապացույց, տեսնում է հետեւյալը. «Երբ որ Ռուսաստանը Նիկոլին վերջին անգամ հոկտեմբերի 19-ին ասում է՝ Շուշին, բան ձերն է, կիսում ենք ինչ գրավել՝ գրավել են, Փաշինյանը չի համաձայնում այսինքն, իրենք՝ Ալիեւ-Փաշինյան-Պուտին, քննարկում էին հարցը, բայց ես ենթադրում եմ, որ Փաշինյանը ունեցել է Ալիեւի հետ կապ եւ պայմանավորվածություն՝ Շուշին հանձնելու վերաբերյալ: Եղե՞լ է դրա համար փոխհատուցում, կաշառք՝ դա արդեն նախաքննական մարմինների խնդիր է: Տարօրինակ է, որ ասեն՝ պահիր քեզ քաղաքը, ինքն ասի՝ չէ, վերցրու: Պուտինն ասել է Շուշին պահր քեզ, բա չասա՞ց՝ Շուշին դժգույն քաղաք էր, մեզ պե՞տք էր»:

Երկրորդ մարդը, որին Բագրատյանը մեղադրում է դավաճանության մեջ, ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն է. «Այդ մարդուց ամեն բան սպասելի է»:
