Ադրբեջանն Ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ տվել է 4000 զոհ, 300 հազար մարդ լքել է տները. Դավիթ Բաբայանի պատասխանն՝ Ալիևին

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղի ունեցած և տեղի ունենալիք գործընթացները Ադրբեջանի ներքին գործն են։ Ոչ մի միջազգային կազմակերպություն կամ երկիր իրավունք չունի միջամտել մեր ներքին գործերին: Ահա այսպիսի հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի առաջին տարելիցի կապակցությամբ մի խումբ զինծառայողների հետ կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ:

ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը, պատասխանելով Ալիևի հայտարարություններին, նշեց՝ բնական է, որ Ադրբեջանի նյութական ու բարոյական կուրուստներն իրենց ներքին գործն են. «Ադրբեջանն ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ տվել է 4000 զոհ, չնայած, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները, բնական է, չեն ընդունում, 300 հազար մարդ իրենց տները լքել են քառօրյայի ժամանակ: Սա իրենց գործն է, իհա՛րկե:

Բայց մյուս կողմից՝ նման հայտարարությունները կոպտագույն ձևով խախտում են միջազգային իրավունքը: Սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան հանցագործ պահվածք՝ միջազգային իրավունքի և քաղաքակիրթ նորմերի նկատմամբ: Սա մի մարդ է, ով արհամարհում է անգամ սեփական Սահմանադրությունը՝ իր կնոջը նշանակելով երկրի փոխնախագահ, որն անգամ իրենց օրենքներով՝ արգելվում է: Գործ ունենք ահաբեկչական, կոռումպացված պետության հետ»,- ասաց Բաբայանը:

Անդրադառնալով այն հայտարարությանը, թե 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան մարտերի ժամանակ հայերը դիմել են միջազգային կազմակերպություններին ու առանձին երկրների՝ խնդրելով, որ ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեցվեն, Բաբայանն ասաց՝ Արցախը ոչ մի կառույցի կամ երկրի չի դիմել պատերազմը դադարեցնելու համար: «Մենք դիմել ենք տարբեր ատյանների՝ Ադրբեջանի վայրագությունները ներկայացնելու համար: Տարբեր լրագրողներ, վերլուծաբաններ՝անմիջապես ժամանալ էին Արցախ, որպեսզի տեսնեին իրավիճակը: Մենք որևէ մեկին չէինք դիմել պատերազմը դադարեցնելու համար: Իհա՛րկե, մենք դիմել էինք համանախագահներին: Ադրբեջանը ստում է՝ սեփական ձախողումն արդարացնելու համար:
