ԱԱԾ-ն անհապաղ պետք է ձերբակալի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն անհապաղ պետք է ձերբակալի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ՍԴ աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Էդգար Ղազարյանը:

«Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն անհապաղ պետք է ձերբակալի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին

Ամբողջ կյանքում խորը հարգանք և ակնածանք եմ տածել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության նկատմամբ։ Պետական ծառայությունների համակարգում ծառայության այս տեսակն ամենաբարդերից է և պատասխանատուն։ Իր առջև դրված խնդիրները լուծելու համար, այս ոլորտի ծառայողները ստիպված են զգոն ու աչալուրջ լինել հանրային կյանքի բոլոր ոլորտների, հասարակության բոլոր շերտերի նկատմամբ՝ հասարակ մարդկանցից սկսած՝ մինչև ամենաբարձր դիրքում գտնվող բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձինք։ Այս ծառայությունում կարող են աշխատել բացառիկ, ազնիվ և առաքինի մարդիկ, որոնց համար պետականության զգացողությունից թանկ ոչինչ չի կարող լինել։ Այս ծառայության անաղարտությունը պահանջում է քաղաքական իշխանություններին ծառայել միայն այնքանով, որքանով դա բխում է պետության և ժողովրդի, նրա անվտանգության շահերից։ Հետևելով ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության ներկա գործունությանը՝ ես ապշում եմ։ Հարգարժան սպաներ և գեներալներ․ միթե՞ դուք նույնպես կորցրել եք իրականության զգացողությունը, չե՞ք կարողանում այս ամենից հետո անգամ հասկանալ, որ մեր վտանգված պետականության հիմնական դերակատարն ու սպառնալիքը վարչապետի պաշտոնում հայտնված անձն է։ Չեք հասկանու՞մ արդյոք, որ նրան ազատության մեջ թողնելով դուք ցուցաբերում եք հանցավոր անգործություն։ Եթե հասարակության մտավոր շերտի ահազանգերն ու մտահոգությունները ձեզ չեն բավարարում, կարո՞ղ եք հիմնվել մի քանի ամիս առաջ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության նախկին տնօրենների ներկայացրած հրապարակային որակումներին։ Դուք իսկապե՞ս մտածում եք, որ այս օրերին ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգությանը սպառնում են Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, Վարդան Այվազյանը, Աշոտ Մինասյանը, Արա Սահակյանը, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը, Ավետիք Իշխանյանը, Իշխան Սաղթելյանը և այլոք։ Չեք գիտակցում արդյո՞ք, որ վարչապետի պաշտոնում հայտնված արկածախնդիր սրիկան կործանել է մեր երկիրը, և նրա յուրաքանչյուր օրվա պաշտոնավարումը նոր սպառնալիք է մեր պետության և ժողովրդի անվտանգության համար։ Նրա հանցավոր գործունեության հետևանքով անզեն աչքով նկատելի է, որ հասարակության մեջ ոչ թե դժգոհություն, այլ ատելություն է հասունանում, որը լի է անկանխատեսելի զարգացումներով։ Ակնհայտ է, որ ոչ մի բանական խոսք ու քննադատություն նա ի վիճակի չի ընդունել, ոչ մի կշռադատված և ռացիոնալ որոշում նրանից հնարավոր չի ակնկալել։ Գիտակցելով իր գործած հանցանքների լրջությունն ու դրանց հետևանքները՝ նա ինքնակամ երբեք չի գնա՝ մարդկանց մղելով ռադիկալ քայլերի, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել արյունահեղությունների։

Խնդրում եմ Ձեզ, վերադարձե՛ք ձեզ սազական, ձեզ բնորոշ, ձեզնից պահանջվող ռացիոնալ հարթություն, ձերբակալե՛ք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, մեկուսացրե՛ք նրան իշխանությունից և հասարակությունից։ Փրկե՛ք ձեր կառույցի երբեմնի հեղինակությունը։ Դուք հաշվետու և պատասխանատու եք ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման համար, տասնամյակներ շարունակ ձեր ծառայության երևելի զինակիցների հիշատակի, վետերանների վաստակի, ապագա ծառայողների հաջողությունների առջև։ Դա դու՛ք պիտի անեք և ուրիշ ոչ ոք։ Ուրիշների արածը կործանարար կլինի հենց իր և բոլորիս համար։ Միևնույն է դա տեղի է ունենալու, ավելի լավ է, որ դա դուք անեք, այլ ոչ թե հասարակությունը»։
