Ադրբեջանական ուժերը սադրիչ գործողությունները շարունակում են Հադրութի՝ Մեծ Շեն և Հին Շեն բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման վերաբերյալ։ Հայտարարությունում ասվում է․

«Դեկտեմբերի 11-ին՝ ժամը 20:40-ի սահմաններում, օգտվելով այն փաստից, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության տվյալ հատվածում խաղաղապահ ուժեր տեղակայված չեն, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի հատուկջոկատային ստորաբաժանումները գրոհ են ձեռնարկել արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի՝ Հադրութի շրջանի Հին Թաղեր և Խծաբերդ բնակավայրերի հատվածում, ինչի հետևանքով տարբեր աստիճանների հրազենային վիրավորումներ են ստացել ՊԲ վեց զինծառայողներ: Ադրբեջանական ուժերը սադրիչ գործողությունները շարունակել են նաև այսօր՝ Հադրութի շրջանի Մեծ Շեն և Հին Շեն բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ:

Խստորեն դատապարտելով Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական բարձրագույն ղեկավարության՝ մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման և ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման վերաբերյալ եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած պարտավորությունների այս կոպտագույն խախտումը՝ ընդգծում ենք, որ նշված գործողությունները նպատակ ունեն արժեզրկել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ ուժերի ներկայությունը հակամարտության գոտում:

Ադրբեջանական կողմը, հավատարիմ մնալով իր ավանդական գործելաոճին, տվյալ սադրանքը հրահրեց ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ տարածաշրջան այցելության օրերին: Ըստ էության, համանախագահ երկրների ջանքերի դեմ ուղղված այս մարտահրավերն օրերս Բաքվում տեղի ունեցած շքերթի ժամանակ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների կողմից հայ ժողովրդին ուղղված ռազմատենչ և անընդունելի հայտարարությունների շարունակությունն է: Նման գործելաոճը ևս մեկ անգամ ի ցույց է դնում թուրք-ադրբեջանական ծավալապաշտական քաղաքականությունը, ինչը շարունակում է խաթարել տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությունն ու կայունությունը և հղի է ծավալմամբ հարակից տարածաշրջաններ:

Պաշտոնական Բաքվի այս գործողություններն առավել հրամայական են դարձնում ադրբեջանական վերջին ագրեսիայի հետևանքների վերացումը, այդ թվում՝ Արցախի տարածքների դեօկուպացիան և արցախահայության վերադարձը իրենց բնակության վայրեր:

Հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից ուժի կիրառմամբ իր միջազգային պարտավորությունների խախտման անպատժելիության փաստը և դրա հետևանքները՝ կոչ ենք անում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներին աներկբա, հստակ և հասցեագրված արձագանքել ադրբեջանական կողմի՝ հրադադարի խախտման, էթնիկ զտման և հայկական բնակավայրերի գրավմանն ուղղված այս գործողություններին»:
